The staff at this location is always really helpful and friendly. The guys inadvertently over-browned a pizza last month, and the manager quickly made a new one AND gave me a coupon for a free pizza in the future AND gave me the over-toasted pizza, as well. I have lived in San Jose for 18 years and many weekends my hubby & I go to Los Gatos for lunch or dinner. We try many places and when we want something light we go to Pizza My Heart. The pizza crust is super thin and tasty , my favorite is pepperoni and sausages – I lived 3 years in Brescia, northern Italy and I always ordered flattered dough, squashed = schiacciata the salads are very fresh and they give you a free drink if you order the combo: A Slice of pizza and a salad. Incredibly low prices. Served by very friendly and helpfull young people. Open late, it is a good option for something tasty and quick. I highly recommend it. Ciao
