Love their classic chungkin noodle dish with minced pork, def my favorite in town now. The chili wontons were also amazing. Street parking was easy and the ambiance was homey and clean. Would highly recommend!

I stopped by Min’s Noodle House 渔家重庆小面 craving something bold and comforting, and it absolutely delivered that spicy, soul-warming punch you hope for from authentic Chongqing noodles. The moment you sit down, you know you’re in for a meal that’s all about depth of flavor — rich, numbing spice with fragrant Sichuan peppercorn heat that hits just right.
I went with a classic bowl of Chongqing noodles, and the broth was fragrant, oily in that perfect way that coats the noodles with flavor, and packed with layers of chili and peppercorn complexity. The noodles themselves had a great chewy bite, and the toppings were generous — tender greens, peanuts for crunch, and just enough savory touches to balance all that spice. Service was friendly and patient even when it got busy, and the whole vibe feels casual but focused on good food rather than fancy plating.
It’s not a chill “sit and sip coffee” kind of place — it’s a spicy, satisfying noodle destination that makes you glad you made the trip, especially if you love chili heat and bold, authentic flavors. I left feeling full, a little warm from the spice, and already thinking about my next visit.

They sell really delicious food here. But recent purchase of pork buns are concerning. There were plastic within the meat I pulled out while eating. They feel like the plastic you use to store food away. I would prefer not to consume this. Please quality check the food, this is a great place and I don’t want to have to stop coming.

Min’s Noodle House is a great spot for anyone who loves flavorful, satisfying noodle dishes. The noodles are excellent — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of authentic taste. Whether you’re going for a soup or a dry-style dish, the texture and flavor really stand out. It’s the kind of place that hits the spot when you’re craving something comforting and delicious.
The overall food quality is great, and the portions are generous. However, one small downside was the cucumber dish, which didn’t quite meet expectations — lacking freshness or flavor compared to the rest of the meal.
Still, if you’re coming for noodles, this place is highly recommended. Great service, tasty food, and a cozy atmosphere. Just maybe skip the cucumber and focus on their signature dishes!

We ordered 3 noodle dishes and they were all good..you can adjust the spicy level. each portion was big and it can be shared. Perfect menu for the rainy season-a bowl of noodles. Recommended to try if you re a noodle lover and happen to be in the area!

This was the second time we tried this restaurant. First time when we were here, we ordered their noodle dishes. They were all very tasty and generous portion. Highly recommend the noodle dishes.
The second time we came, we ordered different kinds of food, I would say more like breakfast/brunch items. We really enjoyed the soft tofu dishes, we ordered two different kinds (I think both styles are from different regions).
My only complaint for this restaurant is they charge your tea by cup, and it’s $1.25 (or more, I can’t remember the exact amount) per lipton tea bag that they use on your cup. When they told us they would charge us for the tea, we were okay with it because we thought it was per teapot. It’s not unusual a chinese restaurant asks you to pay for your tea, but usually they charge per teapot and not per tea cup.
Overall:
Menu: 5stars
Food: 5stars
Service: 3.5stars
Price: $

Always come for the pork intestine noodles. Medium spicy was spot-on—perfect heat and flavor. The intestines were cooked just right—a must-try!

Come for the beef noodle soup, it’s one of the best you’ll have. I added pork belly just for funs and now I’ll be doing that every time. Nice and quiet place. I’ve come a few times and it’s never missed for me.

Amazing braised beef soup and the spicy wontons were equally as good. The base broth was the highlight and the portions are massive. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Yum! We split the braised beef noodle soup and thought it was a very good size for us to share. The flavor was incredible! We ordered mild, since it was our first time we didn’t know how spicy it would be. But it was great. I can’t believe how flavorful it was. The noodles had a good chew, and the beef was tender. We loved it so much!
