I’m used to eat chinese food in London/China Town which is amazing and authentic. Not like the rest of chinese food in Catania, which is Chinese food Italianized.
温州面馆 is the best Chinese restaurant I have tried so far in Catania. Athentic dishes like beef noodle soup, the dumplings were fresh made, the cake also fresh made from the lady which I think is the owner. and she was really kind, we also had a nice chat about chinese food. If you are in Catania you shoud definitely try this one!

Consigliatissimo per chi è alla ricerca di un ristorante cinese autentico. Questo piccolo ristorante è stata una scoperta completamente inaspettata che ci ha fatti sentire come se fossimo in Cina e non più in Italia. Ottima qualità degli ingredienti, sapori unici e prezzi bassi rispetto alla norma. La signora che ci ha accolti nel locale è stata super gentile e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo assolutamente!

Passando più giorni a settimana vedevo sempre affluenza, ma l’esterno non attraeva. Un giorno visto che erano le 14.00 mi fermo ed entro. Lì mi sono rovinato perché adesso è una tappa obbligatoria almeno una volta a settimana. Vi sentirete a casa, ad accogliervi la signora molto gentile e disponibile, ai fornelli il marito. Menu molto ristretto ma roba di qualità. POTRETE DIRE DI AVER MANGIATO CINESE SOLO SE SIETE STATI IN QUESTO POSTO. Ogni volta cambio pietanza, chiedo consiglio alla signora e ad oggi un piatto che non mi è piaciuto non c’è stato.
Quello che mi fa impazzire è il ramen con carne di maiale e funghi, quello con il manzo ( carne saporita e squisita) e gli spaghetti con carne di manzo e arachidi. Anche i ravioli alla piastra sono ottimi. Prezzi super onesti i piatti viaggiano dai 6 ai 10€. Consiglio vivamente questo posto, anzi spero che migliorino la location così che molte più persone possono frequentarli.
