Pleasantly Surprised. Went to a local farm on Penn Shop Rd and was looking for lunch. Lu and Joe’s showed up with Restaurants only 2 miles away. Was only looking for a burger or a sandwich and was Surprised they offered Thai options. The menus posted here are current with Pricing Halloween 2025. I had the Drunken Noodles with Chicken. Partner had a Reuben and chips. Both were absolutely delicious. 5 Stars for Everything. Service was fast, friendly and excellent. Can’t believe how quickly the food came out and it was absolutely fresh, hot and plentiful. Waitress offered the Thai Hot Spice so I could add some heat if I wanted. Many places put that spice into chili oil to make the meal spicy. I was very happy to try. I left happy and full. I also give the Atmosphere 5 Stars because booth seating was spacious and comfortable. And decorations were quirky enough to be interesting and entertaining. They have some extra long booths that could easily seat 8 or 10 (skinny people). I can easily see 2 young families with 2 or 3 kids each sitting at a single big booth and having a good time. Didn’t take a lot of photos. Just one to text my daughter that we found a place that had food choices for everyone. We aren’t up that way often. But I’ll be back. Thanks for a wonderful lunch stop. (I saw crabcakes as an option. Crabcake sandwich was on the Special Board. But I had to try the Thai. Next time maybe Thai and some crabcakes too.

Good variety of American and Asian (mostly Thai) food. I had the Phili Burger, a friend had the crab cake. She gave it a 4.25 of 5 saying it has too much breading. The other two Asian dishes were considered to be very good. Service was good. Drink refills are not included. I did not try any of the deep fried foods because they use the same fryers for seafood which I can’t eat. The room was nearly full on a Saturday lunch.

Like all my experiences over the years the was great. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. Glad to the new owners are carrying on the great tradition off Lew and Joe’s as the place to go for good food and drinks and a great atmosphere.

Kind of a surprise. Found by accident. Cozy place with attached package store. Full menu and full bar. American food (which we had) and an interesting Thai menu! The burgers are great and so are the fries—that’s what we got. The service was good. Two guys to do everything, wait, cook, serve—and they did great…weekday brunch. Good prices too. Going back!

Biker bar with an American / Thai food restaurant attached? Sign me up. A wonderful small diner experience. We were amused by the sign in the dining room informing us that profanity was not allowed there. Lots of local traffic while we dined. Food was tasty, but my Thai food wasn’t particularly spicy. Likely my fault as I chose to get what was served without inquiring about spiciness. Whiskey sour was dive bar quality. Crab imperial was very tasty. Drunken noodle with meat combo (beef, pork, and chicken) was good. Pumpkin pie was delicious. Alternative pie options were available.
