The food was amazing as well — my favorite dish was the curry beef bone, which was incredibly tender and full of flavor. The chef also kindly let us try their durian ice cream, and it was surprisingly delicious! We were told it’s part of their new menu, and I highly recommend everyone to give it a try when you visit.
Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience!
The menu offers a great variety of classic Thai dishes, from flavorful curries to perfectly cooked noodles, and everything we tried was delicious. The flavors were bold but not overpowering, and the quality was consistent across every plate. On top of that, the service was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
If you’re craving great Thai food and want a spot that’s reliable, flavorful, and authentic, Pink Pepper Thai is definitely worth visiting.
Bambi took exceptional care of me. Extremely attentive and very, very sweet. I started with the chicken sauté and oh my goodness. The chicken was very, very tender and flavorful and the satay sauce was out of this world. Nice little chopped cucumber and onion salad with it was lovely. Great flavors on everything. Then I had the lunch special chicken Penang curry and it came with a house salad with nice greens and carrots with a lovely sweet tangy dressing, two chicken dumplings with a nice dipping sauce, a side of rice and the Penang was scrumptious. The cabbage, peas and the peppers were all cooked perfectly and the chicken was abundant. Everything was very, very flavorful and the dish had a medium heat level which I love.
I wanted to order the lychee cocktail but they weren’t serving those until 5 PM so settled on a nice glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. Very decent prices on everything. I can see why this place has been in existence for 30 years! Can’t wait to come back and get some chicken pad Thai! Highly recommend!
I went around 5 PM, and the staff was SUPER friendly. We ordered a few dishes, and every single one was absolutely delicious—honestly better than any so-called “Michelin” Thai restaurants in OC. Their curry noodle with short rib was my absolute favorite: rich, flavorful, but not overwhelming at all. The cocktails were amazing too, and the mango sticky rice and pink guava drink were straight-up fire!
The restaurant itself was spotless, and the whole experience was easily a 10/10. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Chicken breast meat fell apart in the curry and was delicious. Nice balanced lunch plate. It’s near my gym. I’ll will be back!
Service is always fantastic, whenever we visit we always make time for the Pink Pepper.
