Had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. First was told that I had to pick other sides as they were out of what we had ordered. Then after paying was told it would be 8 minutes before the tenders were ready and to pull around front. Waited 20 minutes then tried to go inside. Doors were already locked at 8:30. Got back in the drive thru line and when I got to the window i asked for a refund as I was done waiting. The refund was issued but no apology or explanation. I inquired more about what had happened and was told that they forgot. No apology or offer to resolve the issue. Just silence. Now waiting 5-7 days for my refund to be processed so I can spend my money elsewhere from now on. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT as it’s not worth the frustration it causes.

This place has gone so down hill in the last 3 months but keeps going up on prices just for worse quality on the food. I’ve ate here for YEARS and this has always been considered the good Golden chick, NOT ANYMORE the rolls SUCK and are NEVER cooked correctly which is just ridiculous especially when you’re buying by the dozen! But they still expect you to pay full price for something they aren’t even making correctly the chicken strips haven’t been as fresh and HAVE GOTTEN WAY SMALLER the prices just aren’t worth eating here anymore at ALL

We ordered last night on July 26, 2025. The young lady at the window is such an exceptional employee. She greeted us, worked quickly and efficiently to get us our order in a timely manner. The food was exceptional. The Jalapeño poppers were cold and the rolls were lukewarm but other than that everything else was just as expected. This is the first golden chick we ordered from that we did not have anything we ordered missing. The only thing I suggest is upgrading the app to where the room number shows on the delivery location and include utensils and napkins in every to go order. Just a convenience for out of towners that might not remember to ask for any.
