I asked for no mayo or lettuce but add mustard. I was told it would be 50 cents extra. I said why, the manager, opened the register, grabbed 2 quarters, slammed them on counter, and said here is your 50 cents.
Then a customer came in and wanted to order, they told him to use machine, he said he wanted to order in person they said well then , you have to go through drive thru to be helped !!!!!
It was dark no one was inside, and it was 12:45 pm !!!
It was sad. Never going back !!!!!!!

I got norovirus! I ordered a double jr whopper and nuggets. The lettuce looked really bad on the whopper but I eat it anyway. Now Im really sick and my family is now getting sick. 3 days of double dragon. I will never eat at that bk I should of looked at the 2 star rating.

Every time I go there they mess up my order, last time they put hot sauce on my tacos instead of taco sauce. They did correct it after I whent back. this time they messed up again, no taco sauce on my tacos and when I called about it the guy wanted to tell me he doesn’t know if I actually came and got food that I could be a prank caller. I literally just got home with my sleeping daughter and he wanted me to come down to the store right then. I’ll never go back!

A nightmare. They gave my food away to someone else. When we figured out what happened I was told I’d have to wait til they were less busy. 45 minutes later I get my food and there’s no receipt. I ask for a receipt and they ask me why I want one. Unprofessional and rude.

This place is horrible! Sat in line at the drive through for over 40 minutes!

Update 2/17/25 ⚠️ Under new management and its still subpar. The patty was burned and dried out and the bun was so stale and dry it just crumbled. Absolutely disgusting! ⚠️

Zero stars for the service and the quality of my drink. Waste of my time and over $4 for a soda that’s mostly soda water. I asked for a cup to use the machine in the lobby myself and they would not give it to me. they made my drink in the back anyway.

I ordered an impossible Whopper and received a beef Whopper which I cannot eat so I had to throw it away. Then I ordered a Hershey sundae and received a pie which I also do not like and tossed. Not worth driving back to the store to get another order when the staff apparently can’t read the orders correctly.

This Burger King is just another regular restaurant of its sort.

I really don’t value its food very much. I believe it is run of the mill but this particular place has quite very friendly staff.

The restrooms were clean and tidy. The eating area as well, very neatly organized and extremely clean.

We had a few menus and drinks.
