Absolutely horrible!!! I ordered online and my son picked it up. He arrived home after working all day we were so hungry and I was looking forward to the shrimp and tender combo. I opened the box and was beyond angry and disappointed. I got a nugget that was dry and cool, the other was a burnt dry tender with black. The shrimp was burnt and dry not even chewable. I called to the establishment 5x they would answer and hang up!!! Do not waste your money at this place

Dry, left off a jalapeño. The chicken and roll were both very dry like they’d been sitting for a good while. The okra was pretty good though. I may give this location another shot one day but not anytime soon.

The only reason that this review is getting five stars is because of the older lady that has always worked there since I’ve lived here the younger kids are so beyond rude and do not help whatsoever they get frustrated when you ask for missing items from your order You sit at the drive-thru forever Just beyond rude people. But that older lady is always so nice and kind and she will give you a couple extra tenders with your meal for the inconvenience she is the most kind-hearted lady and does not deserve to be working with a lot of the kids they have up in there.

Both girl employees are always talking , rude and always forget about my fries . BOTH TIMES IVE GONE MY FRENCH FRIES ARE MESSING . My sister asked the lady taking drive thru orders what specials they have and she answered with you can go check at the front instead of telling us . So rude and bad attitude. Also when it’s a male customer they are so nice and polite to them ! Never going back to that churches

Customer Service was awful. Her response was short and rude. Both female employees were loud. But, the minute a known male customer came in she changed her who personal. Sweet as pie. Employees and male customer conversations, loud and vulgar. I looked at her and shook my head. She told the other employee something and they stopped.

Girl who helped me was friendly and sweet. I brought a coupon and she made sure that everything was correct. They don’t have spicy chicken today but all the food is amazing as usual.

Please check your order before you leave. They forgot one of my sides and substitute pieces when they don’t have enough for your order. I only like dark meat and got breast pieces to complete my order. The sides were not up to par. Macaroni and cheese was burnt. I order the same thing every time and it is getting worse and worse.
