I don’t know what the issue with this place is, but it has to be the worst McDonalds in Montana. I can no longer order from this restaurant because they can’t seem to figure out how to get food out of the store in a timely manner. Something needs to change here. This wasn’t a one time thing. It’s a continuous problem and today was the last straw for me. Online orders are supposed to be fast and convenient. Nothing about it is fast or convenient.

This is a great McDonald’s. It is historically kept clean, has staff that cares about what they’re doing and delivers the McDonald’s standard. We mostly use the drive-through but occasionally go and sit at the cute tables. Utilizing the McDonald’s app gains you points and gives you great deals. Today we had to try the bagel breakfast sandwich for the first time is a bigger sandwich than their other breakfast sandwiches, 200 cal more than an egg McMuffin. So if you’re bulking, it’s good choice. The mustard mayo sauce threw me off a bit as I don’t expect this in a breakfast sandwich. They’re hot black tea is always reliable. I ordered a medium tap water (they asked what size I wanted and I ordered food as well) and they tried charging me $2.29. According to AI, the cup, lid, and straw cost them .095 cents. I would’ve rounded up 90 cents and paid them a $1 to pitch in on there water bill, employee wages, the power it took to pump the water into my cup, you know, the other 7 cents it MAYBE took to produce it plus an 83 cent profit. If you think you’re going to more than double that you’re crazy! Next thing you know it’ll cost $2 to flush the toilet. I won’t be back.

Who would’ve thought that the worst McDonald’s on earth is right here in Hamilton Montana they don’t even say thank you and your order your food at the drive-through. They say nothing which is amazing customer service I assume they didn’t watch the customer service videos and then when I ordered my food egg McMuffin and a sausage McMuffin they gave me a completely different item and then I had to walk back in and they handed me the bag that had the correct order yet whoever heard of a sausage McMuffin with no eggand here’s a picture so obviously the entire store has absolutely no clue what they’re doing. Thank goodness I don’t live here.

The chicken big mac was delicious. BIG!!! CRISPY AND DELICIOUS. the fries were hot and crispy, and the Coca-Cola was the best.. Highly recommended two drive-through lanes here in Hamilton.

All I wanted was a sweet tea. They were out of sweet tea. It’s not even busy. No one in drive through but me and no one parked to walk in either. Tea doesn’t take that long, I used to make vats of it all the time.If it were something fried the would ask me to park and they would bring it out to me. They didn’t offer. Normally I wouldn’t complain but this has happened to me three times at this location (Lolo). So there I sit, waiting in a line of cars to get nothing. Didn’t even get a sorry. Dang. Can’t drive away either because they built a curb around the drive through. If I had a truck though….. LoL
So what gives McDonald’s? Why are you guys out of tea so much? Never mind you’ll probably blame it on covid. Everyone else does.
