They were really kind, I like the vibe but the music is kind of loud. I was a little disappointed with my smoothie bowl (I ordered the OG) because it was SUPER sour. I’d try again another time and would recommend adding peanut for your first bowl in case it’s sour like mine.

I visited your location again on October 18 and unfortunately had another disappointing experience. I ordered a small Powerhouse bowl but was given what appeared to be a kid-sized portion. I politely mentioned that I usually order this item at another location and that their small size is larger. The staff offered to remake the bowl but said I would need to pay for another one—which I agreed to.
However, the attitude and tone from the employees were unnecessarily rude. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation lacked professionalism and courtesy. I hope you can remind your team of the importance of polite customer service and respectful communication.

The bowls are made fresh, so there is always a brief wait, but well worth it! Usually, when I place an online order though, my order ready is by the time I arrive. Great tasting bowls, so I visit here once or twice a month!

Get ready for a burst of flavor!! The Hulk bowl was so delicious. This was my first time visiting but it won’t be my last. I didn’t know what to expect but I like that there were so many options. The line was long but the cashier was so sweet and she answered every question I had patiently, she gave me some suggestions, and even described different options with a smile.

I came in after a workout to get a protein bowl. The Powerhouse bowl was phenomenal! Peanut butter, Nutella and fruit was the highlight. The staff was friendly, the store clean and lots of seating. I will be frequenting on my visits to Birmingham!

Love this place! They have a great selection of pre selected açaí bowls which is great for the people who aren’t sure what would taste great together. They are also one of the only açaí locations around I have found that offers an 8oz portion. That size is perfect for me! The only thing that I think could use improvement is the wait time. I typically wait for at least ten minutes.

Great online service. We tried the Hawaiian and The Vulcan minus raspberries but added bananas. The acai base was good and maintained a sorbet texture. This location offers 3 sizes, 8 oz, 12 oz and 16 oz. We appreciated the ability to order online and pick up. There was a minimal wait time. The bonus was the friendly staff.
