The entire staff thats there on this day @ 1:110 pm need to be retrained or fired . Nobody greeted , nobody had a smile on their face , no one spoke to me until i spoke . my pizza was undercooked and tasted funny . terrible terrible service, this is how great restaurants get ran in the ground. Its crazy because i love mods but never been to that location before , I cant even enjoy a nice slice of pizza after a long day of work. please retrain them ALL !!!!! I felt very uncomfortable

This location hands down is impressive. The atmosphere is well kept and clean, the location is convenient as well as parking, the ingredients were fresh and food well prepared. What was most impressive on this visit was the customer service of employee Jasmine. The day before Thanksgiving not feeling my best due to preexisting health conditions I decided to try this place because my sons recommended it for my dietary needs. They did not disappoint. The initial young lady that assisted helped me to prepare the perfect pizza. Towards the baking process I had a brief moment of uncertainty about the final preparation and initially upon addressing my concern a young gentleman was quite dismissive. However once he grabbed Jasmine she not only heard me out, but took the time to explain the process and more importantly was empathetic to my specific concern. I found myself not only humble, but thankful and while this was my first visit it certainly won’t be my last.

Melissa and Teresa provided absolutely outstanding service during my visit. warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Their enthusiasm and kindness made the entire experience feel personal and inviting, setting a high standard for hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from taking the order to checking in with a smile. The great pizza was only made better by the exceptional care Melissa and Teresa put into making every guest feel at home!

Mod Pizza is always awesome!
You get as many toppings as you want .. and there are lots of them.

My wife has to have Dairy Free cheese .. that’s not easy to find.
MOD has it ..
Our friends are Gluten Free .. also not easy to find. MOD has it.

Everytime we have a pizza made the employees are not only professional but also fun!

Some of the best pizza ever!!
We eat here often!

Mod pizza is one of my favorite fast casual restaurants. You pay one price and pick any toppings you want on a ultra thin crust. The staff in this store are friendly and the pizza taste really good. However, there’s no label for the toppings and the staff are not very familiar with the toppings. Also, the lock on the ladies room doesn’t work.

Edit: the GM Melissa could learn a lot from this young lady. Melissa is rude, cold and I absolutely hate having to talk to this lady whenever I come into the store. Do better

I usually never have an issue here except when this older women helps me. There was an entire crew of young people and 1 particular older women who was just extremely rude. She was huffing and puffing because I called and asked what someone wanted, mind you there was absolutely no one behind me, I would never be inconsiderate and hold up a busy line. Every time she’s ever helped me she seems to not be able to hear me which is fine I understand but maybe instead of saying “HUH WHAT?” You can say excuse me repeat that or something else. Last time I visited she didn’t hear what I said and when I asked for an additional topping she did a laugh and said “well that’s what I had asked you before and you didn’t say anything” it took all of me to not say, ummm no you didn’t hear me but I didn’t. Next time we go I’ll definitely walk out if I see her.

Service wait time was horrible, I only had 2 people in front of me ordering 1 pizza each and I waited 15 to 20 minutes. The girl making the pizzas was a little slow moving, maybe still learning, but it didn’t help that she also had to ring up each of us. Meanwhile there is not a lot of people in there at all the other employee at the oven has a lot of down time while the pizzas are cooking. Oven lady could have easily rang every one of us up quickly, but every time the pizza maker came that way she turned her back. I saw her fiddling with a charger, pacing, during her downtime; if she had time to do that she could have worked the register too. This process slowed down the lady making the pizzas to put new gloves back on every single time.
The food… imagine this! After ALL THAT I get home, I’m eating the second slice on my mini and low a behold there is a hair in my pizza in my mouth that was stuck in cheese and sauce. It was light in color and I’m a brunette so definitely came from the pizza making process.
AVOID THIS LOCATION!! There is no sense of urgency in these workers for customer service and no hair nets.
