Got to say one of the best burgers in the metroplex always consistent friendly service always have in my order on point. This is the only Burger King I eat at forget all the other locations. My granddaughter and I Burger King on Matlock in Arlington.
Customer service was good, and the food took a longer than it should but it was okay.
(Ordered kids nugget meal and the double cheese burger meal)
Atmosphere; my daughter is 5 so visiting the play area was a must.
The carpet around the playground was very dirty, the parents were let their kids run wild while they were on their phones, causing the younger kids to seat back so they don’t get ruined over.
There was also a person that walked in straight from the street, without dinning, seating around charging her cellphone.
Pretty interesting atmosphere, but overall, it’s half dissent place for my granddaughter and I to visit.

So I’m here at the this McDonald’s because they serve lunch and my kids wanted to play in there play place !!!! So not only was the mangers rude , but they were holding their napkins hostage , and mad because I asked for my burger remade , only for the cook to just warm it up and not make it fresh like I asked ! So now my burger is has a large amount of steamed coming from an old patty!!!! They gave me one sauce for my 8piece ! I spent almost 44 dollars in this burger for yall to treat me this way!!! I honestly don’t feel comfortable eating this burger I told the manager thank you and she didn’t say anything I don’t want to say it’s a race thing but it seems as such which is very crazy considering all that’s going on in the world !!! But I won’t be spending anymore money with them after this !!!!! I will hair go to McDonald’s !!!! And the ceiling is leaking in the play place so not happy at all!!! Many people don’t know how to serve customers and it’s sad just don’t ruin someone’s day because u dislike your job !!! Also my daughter just threw up this cold food smh and they sit in the back and talk about you and not do their jobs and there’re so rude !! It’s ridiculous I hope this changes soon because for years I know now how people have complained about these rude managers!!!

Thursday 12/11/2025 at 9:20 p.m I order through the drive thru. So I get home & they gave me the wrong cheese burger. I went back & spoke to a manager I told him the issue with the cheese burger. He was polite, Respectful & had a good attitude & was able to help me out thanks! He even asked me is there anything he can do to improve to have a good experience . Thank you again !

We stopped at our local BK on our way out of town. After getting on the highway, we realized our two whopper meals were missing the Swiss cheese we paid extra for, our fries were cold and stale and our drinks were wrong. We called maybe 20 minutes after we left to let the manager know what was going on. He took down my husbands name and assured us they would remake our meals. When we returned, we went in to get our meals. Unfortunately, we lost the receipt but we did have the transaction to show on our bank account and this is how the manager was able to pull up the receipt. This manager tells us we can only get the burgers remade. He gave us much attitude. My husband gave it back then he called the manager above him and he agreed with the store manager. Burgers only. We have never been treated so unfairly and rude. We were only expecting what we were promised. And that was our meals remade due to the stores initial mistakes. Because of this negligence, we will, from now on, drive an additional 10 minutes to a different Burger King location.

Got to the drive thru, had to wait a good 8-10mins before he took our order. Then we waited for almost 45 minutes behind another person in line. We’re at the window and the hooligans are just laughing and playing while actively ignoring me at the window. I just drove off, no way you see me staring at you and don’t come over to the window.
How is it acceptable to ignore customers in line for close to an hour? Is this an acceptable practice that the manager of this establishment has signed off on?

Their crispy onion whopper was better than the brisket one to be honest. Bad part is that everything is so high that it cost almost $15 for one large meal. Fast food isnt cheap anymore.
