I had high hopes for this chain and was unfortunately, left disappointed. I visited their food truck on 63rd st, 11/13, and ordered 2 spuds- shrimp & chicken Alfredo + shrimp.
I paid $52, even gave them a tip before they even cooked my food.
Once I received my food I noticed that our spuds were cold and not fully cooked. The 2 gentleman in the truck didn’t apologize or offer a solution for my order. They just looked at me like I was causing a problem which is crazy work to me…
Hopefully they don’t treat all their customers this way, because I love supporting black businesses.

My potato was amazing!!! I noticed I arrived at a good time. There was a decent crowd of customers with only two people on the truck. They were very friendly and displayed a nice atmosphere. Our wait was a little long but again, there were only two staff. Completely understandable and when I tasted my food I forgot ALL about it! It was definitely worth the wait. I will be returning and recommending.

I ordered online for pickup and arrived at the designated time, but my order was not ready. I was initially told it would take 6 more minutes, which turned into a 25 minute wait. When the order was finally provided, half of it was incorrect. Overall, I spent approximately 50 minutes waiting for food that had been pre-ordered.

We normally order from the food truck which has never disappointed and would have easily gotten 5 stars. Drove 15mins to the food truck and they only had 2 Spuds left so we decided to drive 23 more minutes to the store because again they don’t miss.
The ingredients in all 4 potatoes were overcooked. One of them was just an OG with cheese and Bacon (the cheese was unrecognizable due to being burnt)
I really hope this was a one off time because they are not cheap to be inconsistent.

Huge potato baked perfectly and loaded with your choice of topping. Had the KC with burnt ends, bbq sauce, cheese, green onions, and sour cream.

PHYSICAL LOCATION: It was great we had to wait 7-10 minutes longer than originally stated BUT with the line and human nature and seeing the operation it is totally understandable and acceptable!
FOOD TRUCK: I ordered online and requested a Lobster addition (as it was on the menu). Upon arrival they told me they did not have lobster and offered a refund and i told the “it’s fine keep the difference”. They in turn offered to double the ingredients and then offered a dessert upon order pick-up.
I totally understand the dynamics of small business on top of dealing with the public and the inability to please everyone YET they went above and beyond when I was totally fine with the mishap!

We absolutely love TCS. Our go to continues to be the NOLA. Some might be deterred by the price point, but you shouldn’t be. These spuds are loaded to the max with protein and the Cajun sauce is always fire. My only wish would be more weekday lunch hours, but that’s because I find myself craving TCS for lunch on the regular

We were the first customer when they opened at their location in KCK. We ordered 1 potato. Another gentleman was in line behind us and the only other customer. It appeared he ordered 2. Our potato was lukewarm. The bacon did have a lot of flavor, but there was zero reason for the food to be lukewarm or to take 20 minutes to make when they quoted us 10. I was hoping for more for the $20 we paid.
