I walked 25 minutes from my hotel on January 3, 2026 to go try the food in this place. I came in and waited for someone to come sit me; after about 2 minutes, someone in the kitchen saw me standing by the door and, as if I were an inconvenience, came to play hostess, giving me the menu and assigning me a table. So far, everything normal. I can understand kitchen staff feeling frustrated on a busy day when a new customer is waiting for a table. However, this was no busy day, the place was half empty at best, with about 5-6 tables occupied, including me (a large party of about 6 left as I was sitting down). After less than 1 minute, before I had a chance to look at the menu, a waiter came to ask me if I wanted something to drink, I said I would get water and would probably order something else as soon as I had a chance to look at the menu carefully. He left and about 30 seconds later, another waiter came to ask me if I wanted something to drink. I told him that I had already asked someone else for water and that I wanted bubble tea if they had bubble tea, as I was having difficulty finding out in the drinks section of the menu and I hadn’t had enough time to look at it. As I was trying to find the bubble tea list, I asked him if he could tell me what types of bubble tea they had, he said, frustrated, “it’s on the menu”. I still hadn’t been able to read the list of options (this may sound as if I had made him stand there waiting for me for 5 minutes but that was NOT the case, maybe 5-7 seconds), as I finally found the bubble tea section and started to scour it, I asked him if they had jasmine tea, he said, exasperated and almost rolling his eyes “it’s on the menu”. The first waiter came to my table at that moment with my glass of water. I had had enough of the attitude of the second waiter, I told him that he didn’t have to help me if he didn’t want to, that he had a terrible attitude. He replied, defensively “all I said was that everything is on the menu!”, I said that I knew that but that I was asking him to help me a little, as I got up and left. So I never got to try the food in this place, which is a shame because it seems good, but I will never go back and I do not recommend the place. The staff, in general, need to undergo training to understand what is acceptable and what is not acceptable in terms of the way they treat customers.

I’m Vietnamese and I would not consider these food as Vietnamese food, not even close the taste is very bland. The quality of the food is definitely not worth the price. The pork spring rolls only have one thin slice of pork inside and the pork is super super dry (tastes like cardboard). And they use that same pork in my noodle soup as well I’m sorry but I definitely would not come back.

Soup #18 is the best, but it’s not Pho. Fried egg-rolls are also delicious.

The service provided was satisfactory. The food was average, neither excellent nor terrible. The presentation was decent, but the taste was rather bland. Unfortunately, my friend, who has a gluten allergy, was informed that his meal was gluten-free, but it turned out not to be, which was a significant drawback.

First impression of the spring rolls, is that they are tiny and lacking. They are missing bean sprouts, carrots, mint or basil, cucumber. They only include meat, lettuce and noodles. The peanut sauce is thin and tastes like peanut butter chicken broth and sweet Chilli sauce. They gave the option to pick three meats when ordering. I chose tendon, beef, and eye round. My girl ordered chicken. She got 5 pieces of chicken while I got 10. If I’m only asking for one meat, please make sure I’m getting the same amount of meat as if I ordered three different meats, specially because the price doesn’t change. And we also ordered XL PORTIONS. The broth is okay, tastes like a basic bone broth. Cannot taste ginger, star anise, or any other herbs or traditional spices.

Service was great. Nice waitress who kept checking on us. We ordered the chicken lemongrass that comes with stir fried veggies and side of rice. Chicken was flavorful and you can taste the lemongrass. Only thing was chicken breast was a bit tough. We really liked the fried egg roll that comes in two. The pork chop, egg cake & rice meal was good but chops may have been cooked too long and hard to chew. Otherwise tasty in flavor. No complains for the iced coffee. Was strong in taste the way I like my Vietnamese coffee. Place was a bit run down but was expected as the building has been there for awhile.

Had shrimp salad and brisket pho. My wife loved her salad but I think my brisket was a bit too small of a portion. Otherwise everything was great. The restaurant is actually pretty dark. Not sure if they do it for the mood or … overall, no complain and will recommend this restaurant. They do delivery too and the fee is only 2 dollars!
