Never had a bad sub at Jersey Mikes! Vedy good, veey consistent. Thank you! My go-to is a BLT with pickles, onion, mayo and hot relish, jalapeño chips and the agave cream soda.
…I kinda want another one.

The night crew needs to get trained better or something. Does this look like a number 13 and number 5? No? It’s because it’s two steak and cheeses that I can’t eat because of the peppers. I’m absolutely offended at this place and I will never be ordering from this place again. No standards whatsoever

Been a big fan of Jersey Mike’s for a while. The #8 with extra bacon and mayo is my usual and when it’s made right, it’s awesome.

But my recent experience was rough. The sub was missing lettuce, mayo, bacon, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, and it was so salty it was basically inedible. I drove 45 minutes round trip for that, so yeah, I was bummed.

I called in, and the staff member I spoke to was kind of pushing to just refund the extra bacon or have me come back for a new one, which didn’t sit right after all that. After some back and forth, and talking to the staff again, the manager finally issued a refund, which I appreciated.

Still love JM, but a word of advice – don’t start skimping on portions or ingredients. That’s how Chipotle started losing people. Keep things generous and it’s what built the fanbase.

Not the one to really complain, but this was the worst buffalo chicken sub I’ve had. Chicken clearly isn’t marinated because all you taste is buffalo sauce sunken to the bottom, but the biggest disappointment was the cheese. Cheese was hard as if it just came out of the fridge. How do you give this to a customer looking like this?

Took two bites and threw it out.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the way I was treated during and after placing my recent order.

I called in my order and was very clear that I am allergic to hot peppers and requested that my sub be prepared “in a tub.” Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was completely incorrect. While mistakes can happen and are understandable in a busy restaurant environment, the issue was not the error itself—it was how the situation was handled afterward.

When I called to address the mistake, the employee immediately blamed me and insisted that I ordered it incorrectly. I was spoken to rudely, yelled at, and ultimately hung up on. I was told to call back when a manager was present. As a customer who paid over $20 for this order, I felt I was treated extremely unfairly and disrespectfully.

The food I received was not something I could eat. It contained no vegetables, no oil and vinegar, and did not include the extra meat I paid for. Instead, I was left with what amounted to a box of lettuce with very little meat. When I tried to explain that all I requested was no hot peppers due to an allergy, I was again told that I ordered it that way, which is simply not true.

I understand how busy restaurants can get, and as someone with many years of customer service experience, I know miscommunications happen. However, blaming the customer, raising one’s voice, and refusing to fix a very simple mistake is unacceptable. A sincere apology and a quick remake would have easily resolved this situation.

I will be calling to speak with a manager, as I believe this experience needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I will not be returning to this location. I truly hope management provides additional training so customers are treated with respect and accountability when issues arise.

Wow, Jersey Mike’s Italian sub is an absolute must-try! Their quality and freshness can’t be beat. I always choose to have my sub “Mikes Way” which includes onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and spices, creating an explosion of flavor in every bite. The giant size could easily feed me in one go, but I love that I can savor it across two meals without feeling guilty about the price. Jersey Mike’s has definitely left a lasting impression on me, and I can’t wait to come back for more!

Walked in at 8:30 and they already shut off the grill…online says 9 pm so me thinking we still have time we drove all the way there just to be told the grill was already shut off and they can only do cold subs. Truly disappointing given the fact it says 9pm close time not 8:30 pm close time….

Zero stars for zero effort. I should’ve known something was wrong when the young lady behind the counter snatched the receipt off the bag that something was wrong. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized just how wrong everything was. My order was just wrong (no cheese, no bacon and jalapeños only on one half of the wrap) But the icing on the cake… the note that was written on the bag.

“Forgot to + the mustard it’s on the side. Sorry”. For the record, it wasn’t.

All they had to do was make another wrap. They knew they were sending out a wrong product. Lazy and putting forth ZERO effort. I have never experienced this in my life. Seriously….”Sorry”?
