We got seated and didn’t have a server for a long period of time until we said something. Finally someone came and said he was washing dishes. We ordered and after what felt like forever the food came out. The food was cold. We were waiting for a manager but as we were waiting i look towards the employee back door i see hostess man boy and another server laughing at us. Our server was nice but still a shitty experience. You can tell that the food was sitting out foe a while as shown in my photos especially the sauces.

Good food, horrible service. Lost our order, no big deal accidents happen. Transfered to a manager and put on hold for 12 minutes, was rude to our Dasher (who was great and the only reason we got our food). Our wings were then tossed haphazardly into a box as if we didn’t pay for our meal. Good food, staff needs retrained on customer service.

Honestly, not the best experience. A single bartender at 2:10 on the day of a divisional playoff Broncos game. I sat at the bar to have a beer and order wings to-go. I was greeted with a bartender that was clearly spread way too thin. She was then also rude after I explained my empathy for being short staffed. I explained that I was going to have my beer and order wings to-go. Her response was, “Well, they are going to take just as much time as a take-out order”. Yeah, I get it. You’re busy. 15 minutes later, with no service whatsoever, I paid on the tablet and left. I don’t blame the bartender. She was definitely working hard and very good at pouring beer and keeping track of guests. My question is: Why would management schedule one bartender on a huge game day?? I ordered wings on a delivery app and got a better price. Decent. I do not plan on returning.

I don’t mean to be dramatic or anything but, this was the worst meal I have ever had.
Short version: anyone who has ever worked in food can tell that these wings were fried up hours prior and then dropped again when ordered and then sat under a heat lamp for way too long, there is NO service, and it’s not clean. Don’t waste your time.
I used to go to BWW all the time growing up. It was the best spot for wings. Over the years all of the locations have just gone to trash. I had never been to this one. I figured the one in Castle Rock of all places would be better. I was aggressively wrong.
Walked in, no host. I was shouted at from the bar to sit wherever. 15 minutes later my drink order was taken.
The server was an older woman with a thick accent and she was great, she did her best to be personable and do her job, she still earned her tip. But the lack of functionality and seating was ridiculous. You have a host and seat people so your servers know to go take someone’s order.
Now the food….. if there was a boneless chicken equivalent of mass produced cheap mechanically sorted beef jerky…. it would be that. This chicken was clearly made hours prior, left somewhere and then as it was ordered dropped back in the Fryer. They weren’t hot. They were Luke warm at best. I literally took one bite that I spat out because I was legitimately worried I would get sick if I ate that.
The ONLY reason I even stayed after being there for 15 minutes without even a drink is because my little sister was so excited to go here. But even she didn’t like her food. Hers was the same. She got bone in wings and they cam out looking like rubber with some wings covered in dry sauce that we were able to peel off the wing. It wasn’t even the right sauce.
To top it all off we cleaned our own table, it was the “cleanest” one available in the seat yourself variety.
Yall have got to get it together. This is a health hazard.

We came in with 6 people to watch the Nuggets game and were sat in a weird spot where half of us couldn’t see a TV. I asked the host, Tyler, if we could move to another area with two tables (one for kids, one for adults). He said, “That’s another server’s section—we don’t allow that.” Then he just turned and walked away ♂️
—no follow-up, no “let me check,” just gone. I even said, “I have more questions,” and he completely ignored me.
Two nearby servers witnessed the whole thing and apologized for him. Even THEY were shocked. Huge shoutout to them for being decent humans .
But then… Sydney showed up and saved the day.
She seated us where we originally asked (go figure), and from that moment on, the experience flipped. Sydney was kind, fast, accurate, and super pregnant (30+ weeks!) and still crushing it with a smile. She probably walked 10 miles that night and never missed a beat. Management—give her a raise! Or better yet, reroute Tyler’s paycheck directly to her.
The food? Fire.
Salad – fresh
Pretzel & cheese – perfect
Boneless & traditional wings – gone in minutes
We left nothing behind except bones and a big tip.
We gave Sydney a $135 tip to thank her for making what started as a frustrating visit into a great night. Hope that helps her and her new baby get something special!

My server was Bella. I always have different experiences at BWW especially when the servers are overwhelmed with a busy restaurant. That was not the case today. Bella was over the top amazing and sweet as can be. She made my experience positive and welcoming. If I could choose my server every time, I’d pick her.

Went to Castle Rock BWW on a Sunday night with my family. It took about an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did, everything was cold. Our server went to grab their manager. 15 min later he arrived at our table and asked what we want him to do about it. Ummm bring us hot food? He proceeded to talk to his server about how to ring it in the register and then just walked away. No apologies. 30 min later they brought out 2/4 people’s wings (no fries). Meanwhile they left all the cold entrees on the table piled up. We waited an additional 15 min for the other two people’s food (and everyone’s fries) to arrive, it never came, so we left. A crazy experience. We were there 2 hours and never got our food. I do not recommend coming here and the franchise owner should definitely look into a new manager.

Ordered some extra crispy wings to-go with sauce on the side. I also ordered a large side of blue cheese dressing and requested a large side of the sauce. Everything came as ordered except the large buffalo sauce. I was able to make the smaller amount work. Other than that I really enjoyed the wings and they were cooked as desired.

First off our waitress Jamie was avoiding us like the plague. We saw her once for our drinks and to order our food had to wait most of the time while we were there to even get her attention. The most time she spent at our table was to check a ID for an alcoholic beverage. She helped everyone around us but us. Let everyone around us know about the special going on but us. We had to ask a table behind us what they were. Then to top it off our food was awful, cold, and felt as if we were eating jerky it was so dry and honestly I would have preferred actual beef jerky. For almost $100 meal for two people it’s ridiculous. Definitely won’t be back.
