0 stars across the board. I had to select at least one for it to even let me post this. Sat down at 9:09PM on a Sunday night. Upon walking in, there was a large party seated and appeared to have already received / eaten their meal. There were 8 other people, including myself and my boyfriend. I’ve worked in fast food since 2017, so I fully understand what it’s like to have a rush come in, or to be understaffed (or both). There were not remotely busy (though I heard “we’re busy” probably 3 times) at least not for us to have spent roughly 35 minutes waiting to receive our food, only for it to genuinely be cold. On the MVP, the only thing remotely hot (waffle, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, biscuit & gravy) was the sausage patties (warm) and the hashbrowns. I ordered a bowl of chili. It was cold. We ordered Pepsi to drink — those were the best things we received. One of the cooks walked around with an AirPod in his ear and with an attitude that told me he could care less. We paid & left not too long after 10:00PM. Have no desire to return.

The atmosphere, customer service, and cleanliness of the restaurant will have you returning every time. This is my favorite Huddle House to dine in at. It’s always worth my drive. I recommend anyone near and a far, just passing through or got the munchies for good food accompanied by friendly service stop by. You will not be disappointed at all. I love it here!!

Just had an awesome experience at Huddle House! The place was extremely clean, the staff couldn’t have been more respectful and attentive, and the food was truly delicious — real comfort food done right. The whole atmosphere felt warm and homey eating at a friend’s kitchen table. Definitely going back soon! ☕

The food sucked my bacon was way over cooked and my eggs where too and I watch one of your male employee come out of the bathroom messing with his nose and then going on the line and your orange juice was not cold I have better restaurants in Florida where I’m from came to visit a friend and I will never eat there again.

Ordered two chicken toaster combo plates for pick up. I got home and had nothing but a plain chicken sandwich in each plate. I called the restaurant and was told that I could come back and get my lettuce, tomato and pickles for each sandwich. When I explained that I was unable to do that and requested something to compensate me at a later date, I was told that they could give no compensation for simply forgetting my lettuce, tomato, and pickles. She said that they had been really busy at the time of my order.I won’t be going back.

Came in during the night with my cousins after we got the kids to bed we saw beer cans in the bathroom trash and I’m pretty sure I saw someone give the server some type of drink in a cup went back again at a different day but the same shift and the same server was there and there were also beer cans again in the trash. Will not be coming back to a resturaunt that has employees drinking on the job!! Especially during weekend nights!!! Unprofessional and dissapointing that a customer noticed before managers did
