All the locals know that this place has not only the best burgers and fries in town,but the most amazing chicken fried steaks too! But order what you would normally like from their menu because it will be delicious! That’s why I checked all the boxes for every choice in the reccomendations. Everything truly fresh and made right there. The seasoning for the fries is amazing. Onion rings are perfection. Generous portions of meat on the burger and fries in the combo. You’ll be happy and full, but don’t forget your ice cream! All combos come with a soft serve ice cream. And they prefer finish your meal first and then go back to the counter for your ice cream. Isn’t that nice? And you deserve a little nice. The staff’s friendliness, quick service and super delicious food make Rick and Carolyn’s your best next choice for a meal out!

Im obsessed with the steak fingers! Not only me but my whole family! We loved them! They’re literally the BEST in this area. We drive from San Angelo specifically just to come eat here! Super friendly service too!
UPDATE: The fries need to be changed not a fan of them at all. Most are shriveled up, and the amount of gravy they give you is not enough. And the steak fingers could use some more seasoning.

Hate to say negatives regarding a small business, but the first thing I noticed is the dirtyness the restaurant. After walking in, we encountered two employees just standing around talking, meanwhile, the bathroom is disgusting, the floors are filthy and the tables are dirty. Given the state of the dining area, how does the kitchen look???? It doesn’t take much effort to clean up. We couldn’t really enjoy the food not knowing that. The employees were friendly enough.
The burger patty was overcooked and the burger was dry. The once frozen onions rings were just Ok. The drink station was dirty too.

Delicious Patty Melt and Onion Rings. (Onion Rings NOT greasy, slightly crispy on the outside and moist in the inside.) Owners and Employee Staff are very courteous, joyful, nice, respectful, and welcoming. (Service with a SMILE.)

So GOOD!!! Family restaurant vibe with fresh ingredients, a great menu, and ice cream included. My wife and I enjoyed a Big Bacon cheeseburger , and Steak fingers. The fries were fresh and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The tea was also high quality, not the quick mix stuff.

Ok…..just exp. This place AND IM BLOWN AWAY!!!! when u order a burger you better be ready cause they are hhhhhuge…the price is so competitive with any other place! And if that was Carolyn in the d-through she is gorgeous! I will nnnnnot go anywhere else ever again..Great prices, massive selection, and fast n friendly service….I mmmmean…why go anywhere else.

First time visiting Rick and Carolyn’s but I can say I will be back. The restaurant is clean and fresh inside with the staff being friendly and welcoming.
I picked up some onion rings to take home and they were delicious. The prices are comparable to other restaurants but it seems there is more value here for the buck. Don’t miss out on this local gem of a dinning establishment.

First time here. A real mom and pop atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in their business. Workers are friendly. Messed up our order and fixed it right away without any kind of issues.. Food was great. 7 yr old Daughter said it was 10/10.

Big burger was cooked too perfection. So big I couldn’t finish it. Fries and tots were good but the onion rings were outstanding freshly battered and cooked too order. Cheese sticks were also really good. Ooooo the chili!!!!!! Must try. Staff was so nice plenty of seating. FREE ICE CREAM
