The store was quite clean consisting all the snow. Plenty of seating if you needed.Staff was friendly but some weren’t knowledgeable on what is required to make a nachos belle grande without meat. Also bean burritos were barely lukewarm 5 mins after receiving.
The beans seem like they weren’t quite heated enough and had a hard/thicker than usual consistency.At least all food ordered was in the bag.

Several years ago this used to be my favorite Taco Bell. Fast service, food made exactly how you ordered it, and friendly staff! Boy has it fallen to a new low. I went inside on this recent visit to order food. Stood there for about 10 minutes with staff walking by me and half a dozen other customers waiting behind me before they took my order. While I was waiting for my food the workers were arguing because the night shift had advised them to throw the chicken out and these staff didnt want to….? It sounded like the meat was left out so went bad and they just didnt care. Of course I heard this after ordering a box with a chicken chulupa, so didnt even bother to eat that. When my food was ready, the employee puts the box on the counter and walks away. No mention of sauces by him or drink cup offered by either him or the lady that took my order. So I had to call him back to ask for both. Everyone behind me in line was complaining about this typical lack of service… I didn’t end up eating the chicken chupula and my hard taco shell was so stale I couldn’t even finish it and threw most of my meal away. What a waste of my time and money. Do yourself a favor and definitely skip this location. This locations owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves.

just pulled in behind 2 cars in the drive through heard them order then sat and waited 30 mins for no one to come over the speaker. and if they were closing all of a sudden maybe someone should come over the speaker and say that absolutely terrible service. it’s very simple working at a place like this and no one here can manage to do that. they should all be fired clean house

Most of our order was wrong and the parts that were right were cold and looked like they’ve been sitting out for days. They forgot our nacho cheeses, our burrito, our cheesy fiesta potatoes; we didn’t get the right hard tacos, our chalupas only had chicken and the hard tacos only had meat and lettuce. The five layer burritos were missing the nacho cheeses too and too dry to eat. They didn’t give us a receipt and by the time we got home with the food we didn’t have time to get back there before they close. Seems like everything we did get was leftover from the day and they scraped the bottoms to gather it!
Even our 1 year old wouldn’t eat the food.
Terrible experience, we wasted our $20 and didn’t even get to eat.

Miranda was so pleasant taking our order. Polite, smiling, clear in her communication and got everything right! We were taking a long drive home and popped in for food, the service was quick and our order was correct, we sat down to eat and all tables were clean! Thank you Miranda and team. 4 stars for atmosphere only because it was a tad cold inside.

Worst place to eat in Bennington. Everytime I go there, i only ask for a pot pie. Out of 10 times I’ve gone this year i purchased one mabey twice. They are never available. No to mention you go at lunch and wait for 30 plus minutes no matter how many cars in front of you.

My sons food is cold dryer then dry took over an hour standing there and they never told me that there was going to be a wait and i stood there for over half Ann hour no ever asked me how my day was they were rude had napkins sitting out soda machine was dispensing water and told me that it was normal and then after ordering after waiting for those times, they told me I needed to wait another half hour because they had no chicken cooked

The food was way to spicey I was throwing up I got a Catina taco. And you they don’t know there portions bc this is extra spicy and the whole this was covered if hot sauce. The sauce is wrong for sure! What is this!!!!
