The food was hot but they get 1 star because it’s not what I ordered. I ordered a simple rodeo burger. It’s simple it has the bun, burger, a few onion rings and bbq not complicated but they ran out of bbq (that’s what she said anyways when I said they made it wrong) so rather than saying we are sorry we ran out of bbq they put something else on it that only the cook seem to know what sauce it was. All they would have had to do was say ” I am sorry we did not realize we where out of bbq sauce is there another sauce that you would like on it” if they keep making changes and putting things on sandwiches without customer consent or knowledge you will eventually give someone food they are allergic to.

It was 10:20 pm I think. When I work north west of there I usually stop and get the same two orders. TONIGHT HOWEVER, the beautiful young lady working the drive thru and whoever was on the grill… GD best whopper I have ever had, EVER!!! From the way it was organized in the bag to the kindness I felt it was done with. I’m not giving up all the details but I felt it was Valentine’s Day …. It’s February 23rd!! This person on grill now, hands-down best presentation ever!! Hands down, most perfectly put together, freshest flavor and put together with LOVE!! This is my Burger King, I should have left a kind review a couple of months ago, the young man up front and the man on the grill were very kind and generous, I’ll never forget it. I love everyone at the window too, very sweet, kind hearted folks.

Ordered a big fish sandwich. The fish was very thin (my husband’s was not) otherwise pretty good for being fried. Plenty of toppings. Service was a little slow getting to us. However once we were acknowledged it was great!

Seemed like 78 deg. in there.
Bathrooms were fairly clean. Just about every table wasn’t wiped clean, but that’s understandable with the lunch rush and shortage of workers.

I should’ve known not to patron here after reading the other poor reviews. Ordered my food and the cook yelled it would be ready in 6 minutes. It was fine with me, but the order was ready in 2 minutes. In good faith, I took the bag and left the store. Long story short, The food was undercooked. I had to finish cooking it myself. This defeats the purpose of fast food. This type of service is why people don’t eat at fast food restaurants anymore.
