Went and got the 8 piece crispy chicken family meal with 3 lg sides and when I got home and started taking the food out, there was gravy all over everything, all in the chicken bucket and all over the bag I tried calling but no answer and voicemail was full. I was upset because my daughter won’t have gravy on anything and it was all over and inside the chicken bucket. I feel they rush because their busy then take their phone off the hook to ignore this problem and for almost $50 this shouldn’t happen

I came late at 10:00 pm so they said they only served drive-through. We ordered combo 4 pieces chicken with fried potatoes & biscuits. The chickens were not good at all, & we could only eat 1/3 . Fried potatoes were bad too! I wondered why Kentucky Fried chicken were much better at Madrid, Spain (we traveled to Madrid in Sept 2023 & were so surprised to have very good Kentucky Fried chicken branch there on Grand Via. Better than any branches in USA! I am US citizen & have been living in California for 43 years). Their fried chicken was so fresh & tender.

Man this is the second time I’ve ordered a famous bowl from this location and they’ve given me burnt corn and gravy when all I wanted was no popcorn chicken then tried to argue with me what was wrong with the order after opening it up and showing them just pure burnt corn that was cold and tasted funky. Kfc what is this please ?!?? check if the orders are correct before sending them out to the customer
