I was super worried about the drive thru line but I thought wrong, went super fast. My first time trying Dutch bro last week were at edwardville location wasn’t best experience but few days ago came to Fairview heights location I got to say, definitely worth it better than edwardville. Customer service at this location top notch quality GREAT. Order my drank, came to the window service was great, made a little conversation while waiting for our drink instead of other location just give you the drink and tell u have a great day… best location gotta say!! Def recommend.

This place is great! I notice tons of people complain about the drive thru wait but if you clearly see the line is out to the street, there is a walk up window that takes a fraction of the time to get your order. All you have to do is park and get out of your car! It’s that easy!

Dutch bros coffee is my new absolute favorite coffee place. They use real express made to order, not the pre-made expresso/ coffe syrup mix. It really wakes you up and rejuvenates your soul.

The drinks and customer service are both really good, but the wait time in the drive thru is awful. We have been waiting for over an hour and still haven’t gotten to order. Like other reviews have said, there is no escape once someone pulls in behind you. It would be great if there was a more efficient system or a way to exit if you realize you have been in line for too long.

I was worried about the drive thru lines, but it actually seems to be working. I’m so happy to have great tasting coffee just down the street. The staff are super friendly. I love how they take their time making sure your order is right and they chat with you at the window while you wait. I maybe or may not have gone 5 times in 2 days I’m not even sorry!

This the most inefficient coffee place I have ever been to. You don’t order till you get to the window, so ever special coffee drink takes forever. Been waiting for an hour and still have over a dozen cars in front of me. There is no escape either, I just here till Dutch Bros lets me out on parole.

I’ve been sitting in line for 36 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me when I got in line. I don’t understand the point of taking orders outside if they don’t start making your drink until you get to the window. There are 3 workers inside and only one person making drinks. Please help me understand how this makes sense….the workers are nice but that doesn’t give me back the 36 minutes I spent sitting there.

Absolutely love the staff and coffee here BUT you guys have to get it together with the wait time. Took 30 min to get through line and there is no way to turn around and leave or go to the window. I get you don’t have staff outside when cold but you need to get people in and out quicker. This will keep me from going and I love your coffee but my time is more valuable.

Horrible wait times, you can’t get out of line, they have you hostage. The people outside taking orders will randomly leave and not keep up with the momentum of the line moving correctly. Very poorly ran, needs better management at this location.

Oh my goodness. This was absolutely ridiculous. We waited in line for over 2 hours. We couldn’t get out of line because of how that parking lot is set up. After the first hour we didn’t even want the drinks anymore we just wanted to leva but we couldn’t.
How is it that the workers don’t know their own menu either, both of our drinks were done wrong. We’ve had them before and they don’t taste the same. The last time was a different location, some company so they should have tasted the same.
I would have rather gone from the mall in Fairview heights all the way out to glen carbon, it would have taken less time. I have no desire to go back anytime soon.
I also understand that it’s cold, it’s January in the Midwest, but we could have this weather in March but some needed to be out there. Even one person for only a little bit of time and then switch but that line was all the way to the road, that’s not even safe.
