I stop in to get a loaf of bread, lattes, and goodies every weekend. I absolutely love this bakery and the family that runs it. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes, but can eat their bread! The Levain doesn’t spike my blood sugar like other bread does. Their opening is certainly a win for Dover!

Went for sourdough, ended up with sandwiches as well. Walked here from downtown, easy to find. Small place, felt full with three couples. Enjoyed the bread and sandwich at home. Very good caprese sandwich. Would come again. Staff was extremely polite and professional.

Got some coffee, pastries, and a loaf of the levain bread. Everything was delicious and fresh. The bread is amazing! So crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a really nice sourdough taste. Everyone working there was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. This place is a great addition to Dover!

Been ordering from Aldrnari since before they opened this shop. Simple menu but what they do they do very well. Have only ever done takeout but service is great. Continuing to add new items all the time. Love having a great bakery in Dover.

I’d genuinely been waiting all summer for Aldrnari to open after stumbling on its new locale when out for a walk. Went in yesterday after seeing they were open. The build out came out great and the vibe of the shop are excellent, chill, but welcoming. Then there’s all the baked goods and breads. It was hard not to buy everything, but I settled on a cinnamon bun, a chocolate chip cookie, and a sourdough loaf with an oat milk cortado. All were excellent. The cinnamon bun went great on site with the cortado which was perfectly done. I wished I’d brought a book to hang. The cookie was a great treat later on. Excellent texture to it, the right amount of chew, while still having integrity not to break apart while eating. The sourdough is among the best I’ve had.

Funny enough, I sent a friend who’s half Swedish and wrote a book about Fika, a photo of the shop and the baked goods and her first comment was that it reminded her of great shops in Stockholm…so kudos on hitting the mark there!

Excellent bread products. I typically make my own sourdough bread at home (given free time) and have been for at least 6 years now and have had many a good loaf on our trips to Europe, so I have high standards for good quality bread. I bought a baguette and levain loaf, and some of their baked goods (rose cardamom scone and rye sea salted chocolate chip cookies) and everything was awesome. Highly recommend stopping by!!

This bakery is amazing! The breads and baked goods are delicious . The staff are all so friendly, and the environment is warm and inviting. I love the sourdough bread, looking forward to trying the danish rye.

The coffee had a gentle aroma and a balanced taste, though it felt light and straightforward. The bitterness was mild, making it smooth to sip without effort. The body was thin, which kept it refreshing but lacking complexity. The finish was ordinary, fading quickly without leaving character. The overall experience was pleasant enough for a casual break. Still, it didn’t offer anything memorable beyond being a simple cup.

I love this place! Everything is always so yummy and the staff are always very friendly! My favorite pastry is their chocolate bun and their cortado is delicious. They seem to really care about the quality of their products and it shows!

Disappointed no gluten free. I know kitchen standards are strict for gf, but why not get some pre-packaged options from local kitchens (cowboy cookies, lovebird donuts, Bread Peddler cinnamon bread loaves). Drip coffee a bit harsh. Sorry. Trying to support businesses but us Irish lassies with the gluten allergy curse still want a goody. Lovely setting. Smiling staff.
