This place is outstanding. The Chufa rice was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, with a warm comforting texture that felt both traditional and refined. The Tallarines Verdes con bistek was even better, the pasta was creamy and balanced, the steak was tender and cooked just right, and the flavors worked together beautifully.

The service was attentive, friendly, and professional, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and authentic. You can tell the kitchen cares about quality and detail in every dish.

This is a must visit. I will definitely be coming back!

Had lunch in here with hubby yesterday. From the outside this place look a bit weird, first impression we were like is this place only for ordering to go?! Because the window from the front side seems like windows that open when you get your Rita ice cream but we saw from the reviews people put pictures the food on the table. Dining space is not big but seems enough and comfortable.
We’re both enjoyed our lunch. I even ordered whole chicken to go. The front of the house lady was friendly. Has big parking space.
Found another good spot to eat Peruvian food

I was always curious about this place. I finally stopped by shortly after they opened their doors today. I am glad that I did.
The lady behind the counter was very polite. The place a empty, they just opened, it was clean and nicely set up. The menu had lots of items. I ordered half a chicken with rice. They placed roasted corn kernels on the table as an appetizer. They were interesting. They reminded me of eating something similar with my uncle as a child. They were good, and it was cool to experience an unexpected childhood memory. The meal came out quickly.
The fried rice reminded me of pork fried rice at a Chinese restaurants but it had small pieces of chicken instead. It was exciting to try something new yet familiar. It was very good. The chicken was roasted to perfection. I would like to pretend I ate like a gentleman of class and a good upbringing. The chicken looked and smelled so good that I tore into it.
It was juicy. The skin was delicious. I definitely will order from there again. I also purchased a cookie, alfajores. It was not very sweet but had a powdered sugar coating and a fruit jam filling. It was different. I recommend trying it out. I also purchased other items at the register, and I assumed they were prepackaged cookies and chocolate snacks from Peru. I like to try snack foods from different countries. I wasn’t disappointed. They were not as sweet as American snacks, but they were good. I recommend you go and have fun ordering. I know I did.

This place is always spot on. Never had anything bad. The chicken and fried rice are our go to, with extra green sauce. My wife loves the purple drink (not sure what it’s called). The staff is always pleasant and food is ready when we arrive.

Straight to the point. I ordered a mix lomo salteado (chicken and beef). I been here before and I remember the dish. So basically I just get carbs bunch of rice and fries very little and I mean little meat. I told the cashier or the owner about it and she said asked when was the last time you came here? Really?? And then she said that the portions of meat are rationed… well your portions are and I’m not coming back and it’s a
shame because I used to liked this place.

It is a 10/10 restaurant, the customer service and the food are very delicious and the family atmosphere is one of its qualities, the desserts are very sweet to the palate. I recommend them, you won’t regret it.

I had an incredible dining experience at Al Toque. The standout dishes for me were the chufa and ceviche—both absolutely delicious. The chaufa was perfectly seasoned and had an amazing balance of flavors and textures, while the ceviche was fresh, vibrant, and bursting with citrusy goodness. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail truly made the meal memorable. I’ll definitely be returning!

I ordered a lomo saltado and fried fish, but there was very little meat in the lomo saltado and the fried fillet was very small for the price we paid. We will not return and I do not recommend this place either. There are cheaper places and the food is more plentiful!!
