Favorite Item: Grilled Cheese Burrito
Taco Bell is Taco Bell — if you’ve had one, you’ve pretty much had them all. The Grilled Cheese Burrito was exactly what you’d expect: filling, cheesy, and satisfying.
What really sets this Taco Bell apart, though, isn’t the food — it’s the employees. I’ll be honest, I don’t usually like eating at places that employ a lot of younger staff, but this location is different. The young people working here are squared away and professional.
Every visit I’ve had has been pleasant, with consistently great customer service. You can tell there’s good leadership here, and I believe that starts with the manager, Lorena. Whatever she’s doing, it’s working.
Because of the staff and service alone, this Taco Bell stands out from the rest, and I don’t mind stopping here when I’m in the area.

Ww have been coming here for 2 months now since moving to the cypress area. The lunch crew is fantastic!! The food is prepared with excellence, and they are thoughtful and kind. I often come on weekday afternoons after picking up my grandson from school, and we have our overly loud barking dog. The crew is genuinely thoughtful, kind, and understanding. The food is always exceptional!
On this occasion, we came through at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday night, the employee at the drive-through needs to learn to be kind and slow down. We ordered 1 item! Instead of asking if we’d like to add something else, he said, “IS THAT IT?” Then, when we got to the window, we waited almost 10 minutes for a taco!! Then he was in such a hurry when he passed the bag the bag fell to the ground in the drive-through. taco was now the taco i ordered. It was nothing but chips and filling in a bag.
Monday-Friday service gets 5 stars. The Sunday evening service deserves no stars, so I compromised and gave a 3.

I was hungry this morning so I decided to go to Taco. Bell actually saw an old bell on an old Taco Bell location. Made me hungry, so I went into another location to order something looking for the value meal section.
I just wanted a couple of breakfast, grilled burritos, and I couldn’t see it anywhere on the drive-thru menu. So the attending at the window asked me to come in. So I went in and still couldn’t see the on the menu
There’s no longer a value meal section. So, anyhow, I did locate. What I was looking for and I remember buying these things. There were 2 for 99 cents no more than 5 years ago. Then they went up to 99 cents each. Now it’s a $1.99 talk about steep prices. I like fast food like anybody else. But paying these prices is a little ridiculous. To be honest,
That’s just my take on this price hijacking that everybody’s done to the general public. I think next time, I’ll use their app. You can get the same food item at a lesser price for the same item.

Kind of warm in this one… They don’t run the air conditioning?
Have to ask for napkins and hot sauce… They aren’t out anymore.
Food was okay though and I like that there’s finally a reasonably priced box again. $5 for 3 tacos and a drink… As opposed to everything else that is over ten bucks!
