This place is horrible. I just left here me and my friend got a 8 pc family meal with a large corn and a large fry. The chicken had been sitting there for 5 or 6 hours. It tasted like rubber and super dry. I called 5 times in a row and no one answered the phone. Also I tried to come in to get my fries, but the doors had locks on them. I wanted to let them know how nasty the food was. It cost me almost $30.

The service was a bit slow, but the food was hot and fresh. The lobby was a mess though with dirty tables throughout, napkins, straws, and garbage laying on the floor by the soda machine and overflowing trash bins. I would recommend this restaurant as a quick drive-thru stop but not a regular place to visit unless the management fixes these issues.

Usually pretty good food. Usually I’m not picky when it comes to that, but value is something I have to complain about. Blah blah something something inflation, shrinkflation, prices, etc. Aside from prices going up, portions seem to be going down. Maybe that’s my imagination here, but for sides like potatoes, corn, and gravy, they should not be $2+ for a small cup. The attached pictures is one of the pieces we got in our bucket, and no it wasn’t one that was thrown in as a freebie. It was actually part of the counted pieces, and mind you that I’m not a big person at 5′ 6″. I get not every piece of chicken can be huge but giving tiny pieces is a rip off. Not every piece was tiny but none were actually huge to make up for it. For the price and being fast food, it’s no longer the value it used to be and not really worth it. Additionally we were supposed to get 4 biscuits but only got 2. We also didn’t get potatoes but did ask for gravy for the biscuits, which was an extra charge. That’s fair, but it was like $3 for a small cup of gravy. That’s ridiculous.
As much as I like KFC’s food, it goes in to the bucket of fast food chains that are no longer really worth eating at, like McDonald’s and Taco Bell due to declining value, quality, service, and/or options.

Today was my first time at KFC in maybe 7 years! Omg my chicken and fries were delicious! KFC’s biscuits are way better than Popeye’s. These biscuits were fluffy and soft and I didn’t require any condiments. The food overall was way better than I expected it to be. I’m glad that I decided to give KFC a try today. Definitely earned a customer back!

Before I tell my bad experience, I have to let you know that I already made a complaint through phone call 2 weeks ago, but I didn’t get any feedback on my phone or email. Also, I sent mail with the complaint but didn’t get any answer as well.

On May 10, I went to KFC in Richmond, VA
at 9:30 with my family and my 9 years old son, and it was raining outside and they refused to let us enter and said that the lobby closes at 9 and I can only make a drive through order. I agreed and made the order, and they told me to take it from the lobby door. And when I went there I saw written on the door that the lobby closeing at 10 pm so I went back to them and asked why they said that the lobby closing at 9 pm. They lied and told me that here in this place they closes at 9pm. I asked for the manager. Her name was Sylvia and she was very rude when I told her I have my little son here and it’s raining outside and we need to eat inside so why you close now although on the door it says that it close on 10pm? She answered me that she can close the door whenever she want… I was surprised by her answer and I told her that I have to make a complaint. She told me ok go ahead.”” I asked her to give me a KFC complaint number, and she told me to go google it… I tried to take a video as evidence of how rude she was, and then she closed the window in my face and left me.

reach me and He took a good action and warned the supervisor who did this and even want me to go again with my Son and meet him to warn her infront of us but I refused and thanked him for his response and told him no need for anything else.

I don’t really expect much from fast food but this is pretty ridiculous. I drove not even 5 minutes home after ordering this and it’s SOAKED in grease… I’d be more forgiving if it was rush hour but it was empty inside and a short line for the drive through so what’s the excuse?
