I had a beef and cheddar sandwich with crinkle fries and my friend had a French dip. The food seemed to taste ok. About 45 minutes later my stomach started cramping so bad. I was sick from Tuesday afternoon luntil Thursday afternoon. I went to the doctor on Wednesday and the doctor thought it was food poisoning. My friend didn’t get sick. I’m thinking maybe it was cheese on the sandwich, but I will never go back to Arby’s again.

Arby’s really hit the spot today! The food was fantastic, and the service was even better. Amanda, Blake, and Joey were all super friendly and made the experience great. They talked to me while I was ordering, asking how my day was. It was super sweet, and made me feel so welcomed! The atmosphere was also really chill and welcoming. Definitely going back soon!

The last few times I’ve been to this location the bread is dry like it’s been left out way too long. And the just overall quality of the food just isn’t good. All the employees have always been great tho. Clean and well kept.

All of the staff that was working there when I went were so kind and helpful. They also were fast and efficient with their service. I would like to give a special shoutout to Amanda, Joey, and Blake they were really kind to me. One week I was given old, dried out chicken strips, disappointing, but maybe a one time thing. Next time I specifically asked for fresh strips. The wait for them usually is 5 or so minutes, but they were ready as soon as I got to the window. When I went to eat them they were hot, but stringy and dried up. Apparently they just threw old strips in the fryer again. This is the Arbees on Hickman next to Walgreen’s.

We stopped in on Tuesday, April 15, @ 7:30ish pm. The store seemed clean, the food was good. The woman who appeared to be the boss seemed ‘put-off’ that she had to come to the front & help. She was yelling & tossing things. It felt like she had better things to do than serve & help customers. It felt stressful. A restaurant shouldn’t feel stressful. The man at the counter was helpful & courteous. He was polite & attentive. But, he had 2 rings in his nose. His clothes appeared unkempt. His hair was pulled back, but was dirty.

Got some raw chicken in my buffalo chicken sandwich brought it back have me a fresh sandwich this one was cooked all the way just didn’t understand how a received a raw one to begin with thanks for the replacement.
