MAKE SURE TO HAVE 3/4 OR MORE REEFER FUEL AND CLEANED OUT TRAILER, THIS PLACE IS VERY PICKY ABOUT CLEANED OUT TRAILERS!
When you arrive at the guard shack, the guard will inspect your trailer and have you open up inside your trailer. From there the guard will give you a “Tyson Trailer Verification Form” to fill out and give to shipping office. The guard will instruct you where to go. Follow the path, go past cat scale, make a left, continue straight down and then make a right. Find a spot in the trailer lot, park and walk over to shipping office next to Dock 1.(This whole process is for picking up a load) MAKE SURE TO HAVE A VEST WHEN GOING INSIDE SHIPPING OFFICE, IF NOT THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY!
I arrived at 6:30pm for my tomorrow appointment 1pm-5pm. Shipping office didn’t have my drop n hook ready, I gave them my phone number and they said if you don’t hear back from us today, come back tomorrow at 7am. You can park at Walmart until then.

“Pre loaded” appointment was set from 1300 to 1700. Arrive 16:30 is 20:13 and I have been waiting 40 minutes so they can come and seal the trailer. This people slow and the lady at the desk is literally sleeping. Worst place to pick up a load.

Have 3/4 reefer, cleaned out trailer, and 2 load locks. Be prepared for a live even if it’s a preload and vice versa. Most security are friendly enough, not all.

My appointment was at 7pm checked in at 6 got tols straight away its gonna be 6 hrs for the door..they called me after 6 hrs loading was very quick though paperwork took nice 50 mins.Walmart nearby for overnight parking

Staff is nice. Appointment was at 10pm, got a door at 12pm the NEXT day. Been in the door 2 hrs, they haven’t started loading. They have bathrooms and vending machines, still bring your own food, it’s going to be a long wait.

10/25/24. Drop n hook. No overnight parking. There is construction going on, shipping & receiving sign was a little covered. No issues for me. Load was ready early.

Did a drop n hook here. Tight lot but doable. The yard jockey lifted empty trailer that was too low, for me to crank the landing gear down more. Everybody was respectful and friendly. In and out in 30 mins or so.

Like someone else said,the people are pretty friendly. But,my appointment time was at 11AM. Got a door at 8PM. Didn’t take but about 20 minutes to load.but it’s going to be 30/45 minutes before paperwork is ready. Need to get the USDA to sign off on the load.i understand the safety of that.but what about the safety of the drivers..guess that doesn’t matter.

We’ll check in was easy no restroom wait about 7 hours to even get a door and then about another 6 to get your load in the trailer and then another 2 hours to get your paper work …… the o Lu good thing about this place is that will give you frozen chicken if you ask nicely but other then that steer clear from this place
