Waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru so far at 10 pm while they took two car orders through completion at a time. Terrible service! Stuck in line so can’t leave either. Hire more staff or better managers

Great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. We got our food in a minute and a half, clean place to stop. Great Chili. Glad they finally opened the dining room.

This was probably the cleanest and most efficient Wendy’s (actually any of the usual 3 fast food places) in the greater Cleveland area. Even during lunch rush our food was served not only quickly, but correctly!!

If I could give it no stars I would, waited nearly 45 minutes for my food. They were taking one order at a time (i’ve worked in fast food before and they like to do this so they can keep their time low). Food is not fresh even after waiting that long. If I could have left the line I would have but since there is a median there I couldn’t. Wait times are ridiculous.
