As promised, I returned for breakfast a few days after my first visit. This time, I opted for a healthy vegan avocado toast topped with egg and tomatoes, accompanied by a bowl of fruit to balance out the strawberry banana pancakes I had previously enjoyed. To my surprise, I really liked my choice—it was delicious at a reasonable $23.50.
Mariana, who took my order, was polite, engaging, and welcoming, which enhanced the overall atmosphere. Despite a steady flow of customers dining in and ordering takeout, my meal arrived before I had the chance to taste my coffee. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

I was enjoying a morning stroll when I stumbled upon an International House of Pancakes. Since the name didn’t immediately ring a bell, I decided to give it a try for a light brunch. To my surprise, it turned out to be an IHOP. Most IHOP locations in Florida, where I usually live, feature the iconic building design and prominently display the “IHOP” name. This was the first time I visited one that didn’t fit that familiar image.
That said, once inside, the layout felt just like the IHOPs I’ve come to know and love. I savored a Strawberry Banana Pancake along with a mug of coffee, which came to $22.19. The dish included four buttermilk pancakes topped with glazed strawberries, fresh banana slices, and whipped topping.
The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back when I’m next in the area!
I’ll definitely be coming back!!
Server was nice so kudos to get but outside of that – horrible experience. Are they training ANYONE?
I used to be a restaurant server so i know how it is but we had to be on point. Idk who’s managing this location but they need to step it up bc idk how long the IHOP brand/name will help them stay open. Good luck!
The tables were dirty and sticky, which made the whole environment feel unhygienic. Even the soda tasted watered down. On top of that, the meats were very dry — the hot dog and the bacon were both burnt.
Overall this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Long wait times, poor food quality, and lack of cleanliness made it really disappointing. I would not recommend this place. Save your freakin money.
The food came out lukewarm. The eggs were unseasoned, and the bacon lacked flavor. The beverages were pricey, and the table setting was missing the syrup bottles. And for a place that hasn’t even been open three years, the booth seats are already torn and have very little spring or cushion left. I know IHOP has a “brand look,” but this place looks and feels dated already.
The one bright spot was the waiter—she was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to offset the rest of the experience. I won’t be returning.
