Zaxby’s on springs rd was a hit or miss…Ordered the wings and things, Wings Buffalo garlic Blaze.. They tasted just as the name says.. I was disappointed because the wings were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Basically everything tasted that way.. I always say restaurants are not like they used too be, these people don’t care…#DISSAPOINTED!!!

I honestly love this place. Theres an employee here named Aaron and he is GREAT. Never hesitates to attend to customers, never rude and always professional. I felt compelled to do this review because of it lol I come here almost every day and everytime hes doing a phenomenal job. So I wanted to shout him out, especially because I want him AND EVERYONE ELSE there to know that WE SEE THEM and their effort. Great staff all around and the food is literally always perfect. Thats why I eat here almost daily for lunch. Great job Aaron and crew

I love Zaxby’s our family has it often. We ordered the box like always but something was different with the chicken it smelt and tasted something from a steak house like a grilled steak. Idk if it was what they fried it in?

I get lunch here all the time. The salads are always tasty, the fries are well seasoned and crispy, and the milkshakes are a nice little treat. I like the lemon pepper chicken as well. The employees are friendly and quick with orders. The drive through is managed well and the dine in experience is perfect for taking a short break. I’ve been to other Zaxby’s locations but this one always feels better.

Went to the drive thru after working 10hrs and ordered 2 wings and things meals. Not only upset for spending $30 on these meals. Pulled into parking spot to make sure everything was right, one meal was missing the chicken tenders. So after trying to avoid going in and trying to get home, i still had to walk inside to get it fixed. Finally started eating it (right outside in the parking lot) the wings were hard as a rock. The fries still had the texture of raw potatoes. The tenders were very grainy. $30 in the trash. Now to find somewhere else to eat for tonight. This is the 4th time I’ve had issues with this place. Do not recommend. They need to get it together.

Big Zak snack coupon makes the price for 2 meals 9 bucks and yeah its ok portion for the cost. But there is no way I would pay almost 10 bucks for the tiny 3 pieces of small chicken strips and half a potato sliced into fries. And a small drink with refill is acceptable. But without the survey to get another coupon I wouldn’t be paying for this meal. 3 strips are the size 1 used to be 3 or 4 yrs ago

Certain pieces of food has a charred taste when it had no char on it. There was a gray substance inside certain pieces of fry and chicken that I think caused that taste.
