So, SO good! We shared everything and have leftovers for a few more meals. We ordered the Garden Salad, side Pasta Salad, and Medium Pizza. The salads came with a side of bread slices. Again

Beware the wait time!!! I ordered a couple pizzas online for pickup at 5:45. The system said they would be ready at 6:30. 45 min for two pizzas is a stretch on a Sunday night but whatever. I showed up at 6:30 and they tell me “oh the chef didn’t show up until 6:20 so it’s gonna be another 20 min”. So I waited there, my kid at home was super hungry. At 7:05 they finally give my my two pizzas. I left hoping that this pizza would be so good that it justified the wait. Unfortunately it was not. Dough was mediocre, sauce was not flavorful, toppings were low quality, cheese was ok and the bake was ok. But look. An hour and a half for two mediocre pies is WILD. The food probably deserves 3 stars but the fact that the chef is allowed to just not show up to work and then churn out meh food is NUTS! Avoid if in a hurry.

Terrific place to eat! I ordered the chicken parmigiana, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Daniel the waiter was also one of the nicest waiters I’ve ever seen! He was funny and congratulated me on my order selection. The whole Italian atmosphere with old time music was very pleasant. The service was also excellent and the prices were reasonable. I would totally recommend going here!

Quality ingredients, good service, and good prices. This place is a quality Italian restaurant in the Hilton Head Island area. I didn’t try their authentic Italian food nor did I eat at the restaurant due to COVID-19, but based on the nature of the staff and the clientele, it looks like it’s a rather quality experience.
I ordered a cheese pizza, regular wings, and a chef’s salad. The salad was surprisingly full of meat, and additional toppings and Even though I got this as a pickup item, the lettuce was still very crunchy and not too soggy or wet. With the dressing on the side it definitely helped, but you can also tell that after cleaning the lettuce, they do a good job of drying off the water versus letting it make the salad too soggy.
The regular wings were something that my daughter requested and for an Italian place they were actually really good. They reminded me of a standard wing you would get at Buffalo Wild Wings. The buffalo sauce was well done and had an abundance of extra sauce, the blue cheese was rather standard and the wings themselves were large, meaty and perfectly cooked so the meat remained juicy.
The cheese pizza was the only reason why I ended up dropping from a five star to a four star. Though it was very well seasoned, and had a large amount of mozzarella cheese that was very high quality, the dough itself was much thicker than I’d typically prefer, being a NY Style or thin Italian Style pizza fan. There was also much less sauce than my wife and I prefer, making it very cheese heavy and thick. If they just added a little more sauce and made the dough thinner this would be one of the better pizza options in the Hilton Head area.
Overall very good food & service and we’d likely come here again.

Kind of disappointed with the customer service from Jessica or jasmine- not too sure of her name. I’m a true native of the island, have been going here for years, and always order the same thing every time. I’ve never ever had any issues up until now. I went in to pick up my to go order of pizza before going to work yesterday. I tipped well and asked for no receipt because I was in a rush to work after waiting for my pizza to finish being prepared. I brought a pizza and side of pasta for my coworker to try and for myself. I always order the white based cheese pizza w/ ricotta. My coworker had to trash her slice because there was way too much minced garlic. It seems as if whoever prepared the pizza, accidentally was too heavy handed with the minced garlic. It was a crunchy consistency, where we bit into the pizza, and was very bitter, as if we were just eating raw minced garlic on bread. The heavy scent of garlic reeked in the break room, making me gag.
I called, asked if I could possibly have a replacement pizza. I was met with an attitude and almost chastised by Jessica. Instead of an apology for the inconvenience for having to travel back there and for the pizza not being to my liking, she tried to go back and forth. Jessica should learn to have more accommodating customer service skills and practice not escalating situations. The owner saw me yesterday pick up my food, I have no reasons to lie about purchasing the pizza, in fact I even brought the box full of pizza back to them, and showed the purchase transaction on my phone. I’m aware the pizza is supposed to have some garlic seasoning, but it’s like the person accidentally dumped the jar of minced garlic, at least in the area where my coworker and I tried eating. I’m only giving 3 stars because I’ve always had a pleasant experience there, however my interaction with Jessica was not. I was pretty irritated, I just wanted to leave from there asap. So, I settled for accepting a plain, red based cheese pizza they had already , just so I wouldn’t have to speak with her for a second more or wait there for what I was supposed to receive yesterday.

This is tucked away resturant and is one of the few places open late. Our party got Pasta Anthony, vegetable Lasagna and Raviolli from kids menu. The sides of salad garden and ceasar were scrumptuous, mozzarella was so fresh and the bread basket had steaming hot soft garlic bread. The raviolli and lasagna portions are good size, this was my kid’s first time trying raviolli and became a super hit. Lasagna was filling and loaded with mushrooms, eggplant and spinach. Hubby thought the pasta anthony could do good with more sausage. The ambience reminded us of New York Italian resturants. The chairs are wheeled think its pretty cool makes it easy to slide in and out. Staff are very nice and kind. Another time we will try the pizza.

Reservations were made with ease. Upon arriving our table in this very small establishment was awkwardly situated in the path of the wait staff and anyone coming in to pick up an order. After my child and wife were bumped accidentally multiple times I had my wife move away from us and moved my child closer to me. Sadly not a single person wait staff or customer apologized. Clearly they need some room. It took right at 37 minutes to get our food. The food was amazing for everyone but the gluten free pizza I ordered was a white base and it came out red. Luckily I had my allergy medicine with me because I am unable to do tomato anything sadly. So I didn’t feel like having to wait another 30 minutes for it to be remade so me and my daughter decided to eat it. It was so soggy that she had a single bite and asked for her aunts pizza instead. I had two pieces and called it quits. We didn’t make a fuss because we are on vacation and I just don’t like doing that when on vacation with family. So maybe as a learning experience I would focus on cooking time on the GF pizzas, ordering accuracy, and do something with the seating. The seating irritated me the most, but nothing else was available unless you wanted to sit outside and melt. Like I said everyone else enjoyed their food. Lasagna, regular pizza, eggplant parmigiana. (I didn’t bother to take a picture of my food because it was a waste)

The food was bland with little to no seasoning. When I called to get a refund on my burnt sandwich I was informed to call back in 6 hours to talk to the manager. The person I spoke to acted unconcerned about my experience. I was only asking the refund of 1 item. But since they acted so dismissive I thought I would just post the truth. They served me a burnt tasteless sandwich. Don’t waste your money!

Had the lasagna lunch special. It’s not the same as maybe 6 months ago. I did not enjoyed it as much. It had eggs inside the lasagna. I don’t know much about making lasagna but I have never had it with egg. A little disappointed.
