After they opened a only pick up pizza hut where I live, I wanted to go back in time to find one to eat in. This one is perfect. It’s beautiful inside. Staff has always been so helpful and great. Food took no time at all. Breadsticks are just like the olden days of yore. My only complaint was that the wing sauce tasted a little off. Not sure if its their style of sauce they use or not. It wasn’t bad, just not my preference. Pizza was amazing! I have and will return there again when I’m craving a nostalgic pizza experience. Place has never been busy but they should be!

To bad You don’t have a zero star, that’s what you would get. Placed my order , on veterans day, which I am, along with pizza, I ordered a 2ltr. A chocolate chip pan cookie.My order was delivered by a very rude hodgie, forgot my 2 ltr. That I paid extra for,when asked, driver said not his problem take it up with pizza hut! My pan cookie was boxed with bacon garlic bread, so I had a pan cookie that tastes like bacon garlic. I called pizza hut, was to there was no manager on duty until tomorrow , tell me how your going to make this right !!!!! Will never order from you again, will tell my experience to all.

Went with a thin crust Buffalo chicken pie with banana peppers, the Buffalo sauce flavor was pretty outstanding, really like, would definitely recommend, the cinnamon sticks where good as well over all it’s your typical chain but this location employees are very impressive and always go above the call of duty

The service is relatively slow though not many people are in the dining area or waiting at the register.
There used to be a salad bar, but the dining area has even more seating than necessary and the decor is lacking. It has an underwhelming feeling. There’s no music being piped in and it is really too quiet.
The staff casually moves about, and may acknowledge you, but I have how to get their attention every time I’ve waited for a customer’s order to be ready for pick-up.
I haven’t had their food in a long time (since childhood) but their prices don’t motivate me to even try.

We had stumble upon this Pizza Hut and it came out as life saver at late night. We were driving back from Niagara Falls and everyone felt hungry. We walked into this Pizza Hut just before closing time but still the sever took really good care of us and helped us to get whatever we needed. Highly recommend services and on food too.

Worst experience ever!! I have ordered from this location multiple times and never had a problem..until tonight, My pizza never came. When I called they put the delivery driver on the phone who insisted my address didn’t exist. Asked repeatedly if I was SURE this was where I lived. Ummmm..only for 24 years!! Was told my order was cancelled and the pizza was thrown out. So here I am hangry and tired. Never again.

Update 2: I really try to give everyone a chance. But this is the third time I’ve had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut, and I’ve only gotten it 3 times. They missed a topping, it was overdone, and just generally crappy pizza.
Update: Tonight I went in to order a personal pan pizza and some bread sticks. I understand it was Saturday night and they get busy. However, the girl checking me out didn’t say the wait would be 20-25 minutes until AFTER I paid for my order. I had somewhere to be so I would not have waited. But since I already paid, I did. I waited for an hour for my order. Busy, sure. But inform me of the wait after I pay, and then be so wrong about it? Not ok.
I’m not sure if it’s by location or what, but despite their website stating they were available, there were no gluten free options. Made it really hard for my nephew. Everything else was great. The girl working was excellent.

When u order wings with any kinda sauce make sure u call a head and make ure that they use more that just a table spoon of sauce. These where suposed to be buffalo wings. But are basically plain wings.
