Every time we go to this location we never get our right order. My husband went this morning and ordered 2 large iced caramel coffees and a half dozen regular donuts with chocolate glaze and sprinkles and we got 2 hot coffees and a half dozen Boston creams. Not trying to complain but it’s always been a problem with this specific location.

I always come to this dunkin and I work in the service industry so I get some days can be hard on people however this was the worst experience I’ve had at a location. Monday June 16th at 3pm I went and began ordering and she was rushing me say what else what else so I ordered faster and she told me to slow down and then we finished ordering and went to pay and we gave her a 20 and she said pull up it’s going to be 30minutes for two meals and didn’t give us our change when already asking us to pull forward. I stayed at the window to then ask for our change and she motioned for us to pull forward when I didn’t she opened the window and told me to pull forward I said I needed my change and she rudely went to get it and appeared annoyed to Get me my change. After awhile I sent my little sibling to get our money back because I no longer felt comfortable eating there and she proceeded to ignore him as she was on the phone with someone else and to tell him she didn’t know how to do a refund and refused to give our money back. She then slammed the drinks when she gave it to him and he said while on the phone she was claiming to only know how to make cold brews. When we got home our food was ice cold and my coffee did not look as it was pictured on the screen. We were also missing a side of hashbrowns.

We stopped by today to get 2 dosing of donuts and the young lady that worked today was so sweet and helpful. The gentleman that worked with her (both drive thru) were very nice and polite.

My husband and I ordered two singuature lattes. I got the white chocolate amd he got the brown shaken espresso. My drink was alright, they didn’t fill his all the way up to the top of the cup and they put oat milk in it when he didn’t ask for it. Barista 101 is filling the cup all the way to the top.

Your employees are very rude and impatient every time I go to the drive through. Today I ordered a medium iced latte with hazelnut and then I said “wait can i change that to vanilla please” and she gave me attitude. I got to the window sat there for a good 8 minutes before anyone opened the window. She then took my payment and handed me my coffee that wasn’t filled up all the way and I said thank you and she just shut the window on my face. This is so messed up. If your employees don’t like their job then they should simply find a new job.

Visited on 7/1/25 at 5:00 pm. I stood at the counter and the girl with red hair walked right by me, grabbed the garbage can pulled it to a different area. Came to the register and just looked at me.
For a good 4 seconds, we stared at eachother. I finally said, “hello.” With no expression she asked, “what she could get me.” She has to be the rudest person I have met! She should not be working in the customer service field.

Ordered a large Dunkalatte using the app while I sat at their filthy indoor tables. Received an unfull cup of iced milk with a few dribbles of what tasted like used coffee grounds in it. Dunkin support then offered me 27% of what I paid for the drink as compensation. Then took away the opportunity to even have that when I said that wouldn’t be enough. Ruined my day

This was my first time ever trying Dunkin’ Donuts. My kids had a coffee and a donut. I just got a coffee. I got and iced coffee and a hot coffee, because I REALLY like coffee and I wanted to try both of theirs. Total garbage. Weakest coffee I have ever had. My iced mocha tasted like chocolate milk. No coffee flavor at all. For those people who like creamer and flavorings more than the actual taste of coffee, this may be up your alley. Not for me, though. I like strong coffee. Won’t be drinking this brand again. My kids enjoyed their coffee and donuts, though, because of how weak it was.
