I never go to Starbucks, but I was having a rough day and needed an escape, we all know the feeling. I came in ignorant about the menu, and was instantly greeted with smiling faces. The amazing workers talked with me for about 10 minutes to help me find a drink that worked for me when they could’ve easily said there was nothing and pushed me away. I did not know what to expect, but the drink tasted so good. After this simple interaction with them, my mood was instantly elevated. I have never encountered a nicer group of Starbucks workers so if you ever want a drink, snack, or pick me up, this is the Starbucks to go to.

I have been coming to this Starbucks since it opened, and most of the baristas consistently make my order perfectly. However, a barista named Jasmine has prepared my coffee the past few times, and there appears to be a personal issue. She is dating someone I associated with in high school, and for reasons I find unclear and unnecessary, she seems to have a problem with me.
On multiple occasions, my drink has been made incorrectly, and I have been told by others that she has admitted to intentionally preparing my order incorrectly. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and immature. I do not believe someone should be working in customer service if they are deliberately making customers’ drinks incorrectly out of personal spite.

usually my favorite one to go to but i guess they just hired a new girl with bright red/orange hair and she’s extremely rude. she basically yelled at us at the drive through when we needed just a second to make a decision then when we got to the window she acted as if she was mad we were even there, she then yelled do you or do i you not need straws supper unfortunate they have hired people like this usually the workers are amazing and kind but this was an extremely unwelcoming visit and not sure if ill come back to this one

To start, the baristas here have been doing their best to keep up with demand. Unfortunately, their best can’t deliver a latte or tea in less than 25 minutes. Two days in a row we’ve waited over 25 minutes for a tea or latte to go.

I miss the Hollymead Starbucks. Everyone was so friendly and they always got my drink right. The people that work here are rarely friendly and get my drink right about 50% of the time. On top of that it takes forever to get what you’ve ordered. I will order 30 minutes ahead and it still won’t be ready. Even the drive-through is ridiculously slow. My daily trip to Starbucks went from being the highlight of my morning to a stressful chore.

Ordered pick-up through the app which quoted me 5-8 minutes. It took 26 minutes for them to make 2 frapps with 2 cars that came through and 0 in line the entire time we stood there. Only 1 girl working on drinks and continued to leave our cups sitting on the counter. I have no issue with waiting however had we known, we would not have ordered considering we had an appointment we had to get to.

The staff is so friendly at this location. I asked for an extra cup to share with my daughter and the barista made my daughter her own small little drink. It was amazingly sweet and greatly appreciated. My daughter especially felt special. Thank you all very much for doing more than just your job!!
