It had been awhile since we’d been to KFC. We walked inside to brightly lit dining area, to one of two order kiosks and put in 3 orders. Averaged just over $9 per order with tax for a fried chicken serving ( 3 fingers x 2 & 2 pc dark meat original recipe), biscuit, fries or Mac & cheese, and a soft drink. The service counter persons were quick and cordial, providing honey for the biscuits, then Salt & pepper, finally a box for some leftover fries and chicken. Served hot and with the original taste we remember.

Door about took my toddler out because it doesn’t open all the way and everyone else we saw walk in had a few choice words about the door not functioning properly. Tenders were very disappointing. No crunch to them .Soda station backed up and dirty.

I lived in Springboro for over 10 years, and this was and still is the only kfc we will go to. The employees are consistently friendly, fast, and courteous. The food is great. Today I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. The fries were great, the sandwich was average. The service was fast. We ordered, pulled up and paid, and received our order instantly, and off we went. The sandwich has a generously sized piece of chicken, sauce, and two pickle slices. It was ok. It was warm, but obviously ‘under the warmer’ warm, and served quickly. So, the bag says “fried to order!”. No, it clearly is not. Don’t over-promise. They’re better off not stating that on the bag. A freshly fried sandwich would’ve been great. Would’ve been. So that bag creates a sense of dissatisfaction. Lose the bag!

The worse KFC I have been to so far. My chicken was overcooked and very dry. I ordered the waffle, chicken thigh and leg combo meal. I ordered crispy and it was too crispy and kind of dry. There was barely any meat and mostly very crunchy skin. They forgot my maple syrup and I had to turn around to go back and get some. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. I’ll never go back to that location ever again.

If I could this place 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such horrible customer service!!! They have the worst customer service I have seen. The young lady working the drive thru is awful, very rude and disrespectful. I was ordering 8 piece all drumsticks one min she says she can’t the next says she can then says she can’t again and says to go Lee’s. These young kids def need to learn some work ethic and manners!!! Hopefully corporate does something about it!
