Our last meal in Oaxaca, and one of the best! We watched in awe as he single handedly served the many waiting diners. Super clean and reasonably priced. We took ours back to our hotel nearby. Many interesting toppings you could add inc pineapple, chicharron, grasshoppers, chipotle mayo, various salsas and more. Highly recommend
