had one of the most unpleasant fast-food experiences I’ve ever had at the KFC/Long John Silver’s combination location.
My fiancée and I ordered just two items — a Famous Bowl and a Chicken & Fish L5 meal. Instead of having us wait at the window like every other drive-thru, they instructed us to pull behind the building, directly next to the dumpsters. The smell back there was rancid and overwhelming, and it was honestly shocking that any customer would be told to wait in that area.
Unfortunately, things got even worse. As we sat there, an employee came out of the back double doors carrying two leaking, foul-smelling trash bags and tossed them into the already disgusting dumpsters right beside us. Not even a minute later, another employee brought our food out through those exact same doors where the trash had just been carried. Watching that happen completely killed any appetite we had.
This wasn’t just gross — it was unacceptable from a health and sanitation standpoint. We will never return to this location.

Went thru drive thru and got the 3 piece fish and fries and added 2 chicken planks, costed nearly 6 dollars for those. I get home , I’m short a plank and the plank I got was barely 3 inches long! The fish was soggy and so where the fries. Hush puppies were ok if you like hush puppies. Should’ve have known when you go to two restaurants that function in same building , they aren’t going to specify quality in either one. Or , at least that’s that’s been my experience from such businesses. I won’t be coming back there and the one in Alexandria Ky, is just as bad if not worse. Been a very long time since I’ve found decent fish or chicken at any Long John Silvers. You guys have gone WAAAY down hill. Remember folks, when you to cut too many corners for food quality and price, eventually the roof collapses.

I saw a buy one get one for 3 piece meals online so I did through Uber eats. Delivered quickly. Driver nice. Chicken was fine. Biscuits a little dry but ok. Sides were very small in size. Corn was super dried up. Kinda gross. But overall it was ok so it gets a 3.

Went here today. The food was fine. The Atmosphere was crazy. There was this random famous black dude there. I didnt know what the heck was going on. I got pushed by his security and I dropped my food. Therefore, the service wasn’t as great. I couldn’t even have my biscuit because it fell after being pushed. I still got my honey packet just no biscuit.

Went inside to order this time because we always get the wrong stuff. Guess i need to do this all the time. However, I will not go back to this location. I watched them empty a bowl of mashed potatoes and re-use the bowl for my Cold slaw. This is a bad practice, if they do this what else are they doing that you can’t see. My mother is allergic to potatoes so she was not able to enjoy the cold slaw which is one of her favorites. Do not trust this store.

No chicken or just laziness? I’m not sure but I order tender meal but no chicken the honey bbq chicken sandwich but no chicken. I wouldn’t have even wrote this review but I have to wait 7 to 10 days for my refund because they don’t have chicken.

8/30/2020 7:35 pm. I experienced the rudest drive thru attendant of my life. After a very short exchange with this person I decided I will never visit this facility again. I will not spend my money with a business that hires disrespectful employees. I was perfectly polite and respectful but the female drive thru attendant was absolutely the rudest unfriendly person. Also the restaurant is filthy. Just look at the dirty windows or walk in and take a look.

Really bad KFC. Went to pickup an online order and the only person that tried to talk to me didn’t speak english, thanks for your effort, you seemed to be the only person that cared at all. The other 3 or 4 employees just bumbled around taking 15 minutes to put old cold food in a bag. Nothing I got was hot, mashed potatoes must have been sitting all day and absorbed the gravy, fries were soggy and stale, tenders tiny. It ‘s really sad when you don’t go eat out a lot and finally do you receive cold garbage.
