Let me tell you. When I saw on Instagram Natasha’s Munchies and saw that Bahay Kubo was on the way from Utah, I just needed to try.

First off! Lechon, everyday. Biiiiiii… what!?!

So I walked in after a 5 hour drive from
South Utah on my way to LA and I got in right as they were opening. I go the pork adobo, with double rice (one for my dog), the 7oz Lechon, a Diet Coke and a plantain roll (don’t know the name) for 21$. Bro what? I was so damn full I couldn’t finish it all.

Let’s start with the pork adobo. I loved the sweet, and saucy salt of the adobo, the pork was so tender and chewy I was dying with every bite. It was so juicy, and flavorful that I wanted seconds. But y’all know we ain’t got time to keep pit stopping

The Lechon was FIRE! Like damn, can you give me three layers of heaven. From the crunch of the perfectly cooked skin, to the jelly like fat that was so thin underneath that skin it didn’t take away from the airy well done piece of meat that sat on the bottom of the Lechon.

10/10! Tita killed it!

Not pictured was a plantain roll that I saw Tita making at the end after I order that I just had to try. So sweet, with a nice caramelized outside that complimented my adobo pork perfectly.

I loved the shop, a lot of Filipino delectables for the long road ahead. I would highly recommend. Price is very reasonable and the smiles sell the whole experience. Will definitely be back when I drive to and from LA/UT.

We randomly found this place on google and were so pissed we didn’t find it sooner. We tried almost everything on the menu (lumpia, lechon, pork sweet&sour, beef bulgogi, curry, and two other things I forgot their names) and EVERY SINGLE ITEM was 10/10 highly recommend! Love this place! Authentic Filipino food made by Filipinos!

Just a very homey mom and pop filipino food/snacks/basicgrocery store. They also offer catering orders. I ordered a platter of pancit in the past. It was nice and super flavorful, first thing that ran out at the party. I came to order halohalo this day, it’s really good , not too sweet, perfect treat for a hot day.

Great food for sure. Don’t come near closing time, they may be out of all the good stuff. Lumpia is fresh, and amazing! They have these korean plates too that were surprisingly really good especially considering we are korean bbq snobs, we really enjoyed it! Came back a second time within a week or so and just ordered 20 pieces of lumpia that barely made it home hahaha!

Heard about this spot through high desert foodies on face book. So glad I decided to try it out. My wife and I stopped in and ordered 2 entree combos. I got a beef stew and a pork blood stew the meat in both were melt in your mouth tender the beef was great but the pork was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend trying it. My wife got a sour fish dish and a sour soup with ribtips in it. She loved them both so full of flavor. We also got lumpia which were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend. We will for sure be eating here again.

I was in Victorville on business. Rare for me ti be up in the high desert. I was craving some comfort food, my Mom’s cooking. I’m Filipino American & I was truly impressed with their authentic Filipino dishes. Very delicious! (masarap). Quick service, very friendly. Give it a try, you’ll like it. I tried their diniguan, sinigang & pompano fish. Everything was delicious. ❤️
