The food takes forever here if you go through drive thru. It doesn’t matter if no one else is behind you, they’ll ask you to pull up front and wait 20-30 minutes. You could be the only person there, place full of people, you order 1 fry, or the whole menu. You’ll be waiting a while. Not the place if you’re looking for fast service or in any sort of rush. Don’t know why I keep going expecting a different experience.

I have eaten at the Nederland location about three times in three years. Two out of the three times, the food was burnt. First it was burnt taco shells. The next visit, I had nachos, and they were great. Today I had nachos again, and they were the worst nachos I have ever had. The chips were burnt, and the taco meat on the nachos was greasy and bland. It was so bad, I don’t ever want to eat at any DQ again. I certainly won’t be back to the Nederland one. The people there have always been friendly, but the food is awful.

I ordered a chicken strip basket and a steak finger basket with two drinks for $24 and each basket only had about 10 French fries in it. Do better Dairy Queen.

Ordered the spicy chicken strip basket with onion rings, second time two different locations, batter was dark and dry, same as last time in Bridge City, TX, would personally not recommend the spicy strips.

Soooo this DQ is clean, friendly & the food is Fresh. They got my order right the First time and weren’t buggin me to hurry up. They were understanding and non judgmental with my gravy w/ fish lol so they’re an A Plus.

Im from out of town and I’ve been around the country. One of the dirtiest reasturants I’ve had the displeasure of entering. Lucky I went in and not the drive through. Utterly disgusting! I can not stress how filthy it was. Stood in line and the woman ahead was given uncooked food and the three orders ahead was all people that had major things wrong with there food from the drive through. Avoid at all cost! At least go in and look for yourself. I walked straight out!

We’re here on free ice cream cone night and it was very very crowded despite all this our food was out quickly and fresh they’re doing an amazing job.
