I love the way I feel after I eat Vietnamese food so having this option in WEM is lovely. We went on a Saturday afternoon, which I thought the place would be packed to the max, but there was still plenty of seating. Even our big group of 7 had a luxury semi-private seating. Which I loved that semi-privacy setup that they have for larger groups, helps keep the sound more contained for sure! At every Vietnamese place we always get Vietnamese coffees and this place did not disappoint, but I did find it strange that they didn’t come out right away but mid meal. We ordered the golden wontons $14.25- these were so good, came out hot and right away. The chicken wings $15.95 we got the salt and pepper that the kids really enjoyed. Also ordered the #10 grilled chicken, shrimp, pork, pork pattie, beef and spring roll vermicelli $23.50 which had so much meat! I felt like it needed a bit more vermicelli noodles though. The special Banh Mi Vietnamese Sandwich $13.50 was a great price and value but oddly it didn’t come cut in half. The Pho with Steak Flank was a huge portion we couldn’t even finish the medium size- medium $19.25 large $20.25. Overall a great restaurant choice if you’re visiting the mall.

We had a wonderful dining experience here. The beef pho was flavorful with a rich, aromatic broth and tender slices of beef. The spring rolls were crisp and fresh, served with a delicious dipping sauce. The pork chop was perfectly seasoned and grilled, while the pad Thai struck a great balance of sweet, savory, and tangy flavors.
The service was attentive and friendly from start to finish, making us feel very welcome. The restaurant itself has a clean, modern design with a comfortable atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. A great spot whether you’re looking for a casual meal or a place to enjoy with family and friends.
Highly recommend trying a variety of dishes—you really can’t go wrong here.

The food was amazing and the customer service was excellent. The wonton soup is a must-try — super flavorful and delicious. The atmosphere was great as well, very nice and clean. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious but the portions were not large. The prices are above average. The servers were very polite and courteous and quick.

When you’re running out of options to eat at the mall, or unsure what to watch at all, just go to Mai’s.
Good food, good company, good quality.
Will definitely come back for more

I got the large size pho with a variety of meat types. I shared it with my partner and we were both full at the end. Honestly it was a bit overwhelming, it felt like a giant pool of water with some noodles at the bottom and an assortment of drowning meat floating around the top. The food tasted fine, nothing extraordinary but it was still good!

The food was tasty and the decor was lovely. Their menus for both food and drinks were abundant with delicious choices. I would love to go back and try more foods. Like the deep-fried banana with ice cream on their desert menu that I was too full to try this time. I really enjoyed their yellow thai curry and would love to try the green or red next time. The yellow is the least spicy of the three. 😉 It was so creamy and delicious with lots of chicken and vegetables.
Unfortunately, the service we received left something to be desired. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or personable. They were distant with very little eye contact or facial expressions. They were more focused on clearing tables and getting the next customer seated than providing a pleasant dining experience. I can understand since they were fairly busy, but it was still disappointing. When it came time for the bill, it was difficult to get their attention.

The food was okay. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t really good either. And I really like my Vietnamese food.
I had a vermicelli bowl. Beef was just a little too thick, it was cooked but didn’t have any crunchy edges some was to chewy and it just came across as too sweet. Same thing with the pork. They both had large chunks of tendon and fat on the pieces. The sauce a was okay but not normal. It clinged to the lips and was a little too sweet also..
All in all, I guess you can say they just didn’t pay the kind of attention to their food that most Vietnamese places do. They made the food and it was okay but it just wasn’t the same as most other Vietnamese places I’ve eaten at.

Had lunch from here. Ambience is good, staff are super good people, how you like food is totally depends on your taste buds. Felt some authenticity on their food. Noodles were super delicious while the fried chicken was a little bland for me. But I wouldn’t demand more than the authentic taste. Overall it was a really good experience. Not too pricey at all.
