This restaurant has some amazing food by an amazing executive chef. From flavors to texture to freshness it is all five stars across the board. The staff are friendly engaging. The cocktails are all unique and AMAZING. It is in the Hyatt in Valencia and it is one of my favorite places to go.

I loved the options available for breakfast. Me and my family were able to partake in. It is a bit pricey, but it beats having to leave and go anywhere else. The service was superb. They accommodated me by making cali-toast topped with egg Benedict. (My rendition of avocado toast) but they also have a buffet on Saturday-Sunday that my brother did enjoy.

Spent a week in the hotel and came down to try the place out. Didn’t see the hours anywhere initially but I asked the front desk.
First time, tried the Banana Foster French Toast. It was not too sweet and not to syrupy. The inside was nice and airy. Enjoyed it, just wished I had seen the option to make it a “combo”. There seemed to only be one lady working and half the tables were dirty as she ran around. Coffee was okay. BF got crab benedict and he seemed to enjoy it. Potatoes were a bit greasy and not too crispy.
Second time, I ordered the lobster omelet. Different lady working that day, came back to tell me they were out of lobster. Asked if I wanted crab instead, I said that was fine. She came back again to tell me they couldn’t find the crab, what else did I want. At this point, I wasn’t in the mood for anything else but ordered the shrimp omelet. When it came out, it really seemed like the chef just threw it all together so he could leave. Eggs were overcooked and rubbery. The shrimp wasn’t too fishy but almost felt undercooked. Needless to say, I did not finish it.
Check came and the wrong thing was listed and when I mentioned it, the waitress said she couldn’t change the check but she would calculate it with a dollar difference. Everything seemed like such an inconvenience for everybody. She actually gave me the little thermal so I could pour my own coffee which was great so I didn’t have to wait for her to come by, like I had to do on my initial visit.
The bar area has Happy Hour specials and I came down once and had a mango margarita and it was all syrup. That was enough for me not to want to go back for anything.
They have the breakfast buffet but according to the server, it’s only on the weekends for $26. Not sure what they serve that could constitute that price, considering the menu sounds like they serve regular breakfast staples, nothing out of the ordinary.

We were able to enjoy a Valentine’s Day menu because Greater Pacific extended their special menu a few days and we could not have been happier. The 4 course meal was perfect with every dish exceeding our expectations. Our server, Adriana, was friendly and attentive to our every request. We had to take our dessert upstairs to our room for later because we were so full from our dinner. It was the perfect ending to our amazing day. Will we return, oh heck yes! !!

Stay away at all cost. We used to go there years ago and it was decent, this time it was horrible. Went there for Valentine’s Day with a reservation. Had to wait about 30 minutes past the reservation tome, which was no big deal, except that there was only one person handling the bar area, from making drinks, taking food orders and cleaning tables. Bottom line, we never got our drink until we moved to the dining area. Even though it was a limited menu for Valentine’s Day, it took over an hour and a half to get our food, which was lukewarm when served, with the potatoes and vegetables being cold. However manages the restaurant should be fired because it should have been very easy with a fixed menu. Only saving grace was our waitress, Rose, who tried her best.

TERRIBLE SERVICE – we stayed with Hyatt and came down to have breakfast here this morning. The waitress sat us down with no menus and asked what we wanted to drink then left. Two tables were seated after us with menus and drink orders. We noticed what looked like a continental breakfast setup near the kitchen, upon review we realized it was a buffet – $29 per person for what most hotels would offer complimentary (bagels, fruit tray, oatmeal, bacon and eggs in warmers). When the waitress returned she told us to eat the buffet because anything from the kitchen would be a long wait, she seemed irritated that we asked for a menu. She gave us two menus (we were a table of 5) and told us to order now if we wanted to order from the kitchen, she had just handed us the menus Not sure what we did or why the awful service maybe she was just having a hard day, but it was very noticeable she did not want to serve us for whatever reason. We paid for our drinks, still tipped her $3 despite the service, and left. I waitressed for more than a decade, I am more than an understanding customer but this experience was a little beyond bizarre for no apparent reason.

Adriana was amazing! She took great care of us. My 9 year old son was so grateful for her kindness and great service that he begged me to ask for her name so that he could personally thank her.

My name is Liam and Adriana was very kind. Please remember “The sun keeps on shining.”

Our only critique would be that the short ribs should have braised longer, they were flavorful but quite tough. Green beans were excellent as was the rich, chocolate cake. Sliders would be great on the dinner menu not just the happy hour menu. Thank you

As a former Hyatt employee of 10 years all I can say is this place is terrible service and terrible food. Got seated 20 minutes before 11am. We were told the kitchen was closing soon and we needed to get our order in asap. That’s fine. But the server was short and militant. It seems like the staff and chefs put themselves and their schedule before the guest. The bacon and breakfast potatoes were sitting under the burner for hours. The avocados were unripe and hard as a rock. Then at the end the server changed her tune and tried to be sweet and nice bc the tip was coming. Terrible way to approach your guest.

We visited the Greater Pacific restaurant at the Hyatt in Valencia the Saturday before Mother’s day for dinner. While the restaurant was nice enough, the dinner was horrible. The Chicken Marinara, was nothing but linguini in what tasted like grocery store bought pasta sauce with the grilled chicken (probably frozen) warmed up and thrown in. The chocolate cake was dry, and tasted kinda stale. Also, one of the berries had mold on it. On the plus side, the waitress was very nice and offered me a couple of beer tastings. While dinner was marginal, for a restaurant of this caliber, the overall experience was passable. In addition to the substandard food, the items we wanted on the menu were not available. The wine we chose was not available. Also the creme brulee was also not available on a Saturday night the day before mother’s day. In addition to the sub-par food, we were overcharged for the wine, due to a mix up. While the overcharge was only 3 bucks, we expected more for a $100 dinner. The restaurant was practically empty, which should have indicated to us that it really wasn’t up to par. Hopefully, this critique will be taken seriously and in the right spirit, as the restaurant really needs to up it’s game.

Hot breakfast buffet. Kinda pricey but has all the usual staples of a good breakfast.

Happy hour food specials aren’t bad. Wings were excellent. I’m not a huge fan of raw fish but the poke nachos were actually pretty good.
