I can only speak for the Greek food but this is the WORST Greek food I have ever had. The waitress was so nice which is why I put 4 stars for the service but everything else 1 star.
I asked for my Greek salad on my burrito and the cook did not read the ticket and forgot to add it. The waitress corrected him and he told he wasn’t going to add it that we can have it on the side. She was so sweet to make sure we knew and apologize. The lack of care and service from the cook is crazy.
I am pregnant and was craving middle eastern but did not want to drive to Spring Hill. What a mistake. Threw up the little I ate as soon as I got to my car.
Poor quality. Bland taste. Subpar at best. I will never be back here again. If you want Greek take the drive to Spring Hill and grab Music City Gyros!!!!
I have a new favorite restaurant, and I highly recommend this small restaurant in a strip mall.
I came here for lunch from out of town. It seemed like a convenient location. I see that they specialize in pasta as well as Mediterranean gyros. I ordered chicken alfredo for $12 a Caesar salad for $7 and a drink for $6. The total came to $26. I sat down to wait for my meal to go. The restaurant wasn’t very busy so when the kitchen sent out the food that they had been working on when I walked up, I knew they were going to work on mine next. From my seat in the dining room, I can see the chefs in the kitchen. Imagine my surprise when I see one of the chefs hoping a plastic bag of bertolli frozen pasta like one of those pre-made skillet meals that you can get in the at the grocery store for like $7. He dumps it into a skillet heats it up and suddenly my food is ready. These guys are not making any of this food fresh to order, they’re just reheating frozen meals. One star, I don’t even eat that stuff at home, why would I pay extra for it at a restaurant? Total fake restaurant.
I had the pesto pasta with chicken, my boyfriend had the Philly cheesesteak (he also ordered a gyro to carry home for his lunch the next day) and our son had the chicken fingers with fries. The chicken fingers were huge!
I tried a little bit of everything and it was all so great. The sign outside was accurate, the best Philly cheesesteak in town!
Sharing a negative experience is not an attempt to damage a small business’s reputation. Customers are allowed to give honest feedback about their experience. I have noticed that you often respond to reviews by suggesting people are trying to harm your business, but that was never my intention.
Regarding the order, the ticket was not followed correctly. The waitress even acknowledged that to us. When it was brought to the kitchen’s attention, the chef had an attitude and refused to correct it as ordered, instead putting the salad on the side rather than fixing the burrito the way it was originally requested.
Constructive feedback from customers can help a business improve. Unfortunately, responses that dismiss customer experiences instead of listening to them are likely why the restaurant continues to receive similar complaints
I never had tiramisu. So I have no comparison. It was good. I can’t compare it since I never had it, but I did enjoy it. Probably not going to be my favorite desert.
The location was very nice and open. The staff are attentive and super welcoming. The food came fast and was spectacular. The prices are certainly reasonable. I would go back again and again if I were closer. Loved it.
