Don’t bother ordering from here , the employees never even make sure the food is right. I will be driving across town moving forward. I ordered a salad and they forgot several toppings and gave me a regular coke when I have to drink diet. Not the first time my order was wrong and they act like I’m bothering them every time.

I unfortunately just went through the drive-through at 3:15 in the evening trying to get a chicken Cobb salad and I asked them to swap the grilled chicken for spicy chicken however according to the south Salisbury location their manager says they are not allowed to sub the grilled chicken For spicy chicken so I had to buy a whole other piece of spicy chicken just to eat the salad if you ask me that’s robbery but whatever. The only explanation is The manager says that we cannot do it. How ever google then they did not give me the grilled chicken to go with the salad that I had to pay for along with the extra spicy chicken. What’s an absolute joke. Will not be coming back here at all!!!

Wendy’s North Salisbury had a worker that had the dirtiest fingernails that made my stomach turn , the other employee didn’t look much cleaner, Gloves meed to be used at all times by all employee along with hygiene checks. Dirty people fixing other people’s food is a zero for me. Wendy’s south anytime of the day the drive thru line is always extra long and the food is Always cold and old. Instead of building a new Wendy’s in Princess Anne they just need to close them all back down they lost their quality of good food years ago

Although the employees can be nice, they are so conditioned to say their customer service lines, ask you if you need things like sauces and completely overlook how you asked for your food to be made. Several times, I asked for a plain burger only to get it with everything on it. At first I was told “you didn’t ask for that” and I brushed it off, but I began to pay attention only to notice I did make my request, they were just ignored if I did not tell them how I wanted my food made, before I told them what food I wanted.

My Fiancé ordered fries and a drink while i was at work and she texted me and showing pictures of the food looking like something/someone was muching on her fries. Her drink she ordered too tasted gross and thick like someone spit in her drink and considering how every time we order here its either nasty or wrong im calling the health department tomorrow morning and wendys never answers there phone when u have a issue so im honestly done with this place and im absolutely pissed off that it made my lady throw up as soon as she started eating her food because of this.

Poor communication on the lobby being opened, there was a man sleeping in the lobby with his shoes off sprawled on the floor. When trying to call about the lobby being closed no one responded after calling 3+ times. They also forgot my sugar cookie and food was cold

It was just an ok visit at this location. I thought that I had ordered a PUB BURGER to take away. But, I received 1 order of fries with cheese and bacon and an order of a small fries without salt. Needless to say, I was very disappointed when I reached my destination. The mask situation seems to have completely compound the communications between myself and the cashier! Bottom line, be sure to check your order before you leave the premises! ✋ ♂️

Walked in this location, saw how dirty it was, and walked right back out to drive to the other Wendy’s across town. Fast food or not, hold your employees to a higher standard of cleanliness because nobody wants to eat in a dining room full of trash. Gross.

Went thru drive. Thru very rushed I asked for a double pub burger and got the jalapeno one instead for one meal. The second meal I ordered a single pub burger small with a half sweet tea half natural lemonade. I got only tea when I looked at it. And said is there lemonade in here the girls said yes definitely. The fries were cold and hard no. Salt. And sandwich I got was burnt so bad I couldn’t eat half of the bread. Only the girl who took. Payment had a mask on so very disappointed in this wendy’s they just opened too which is just not acceptable to be doing such bad service already.
