What a difference! I’ve eaten here before, and the multi-color haired, young staff members were awful, rude, and the sandwich was so-so. They have a completely different staff now, and they were friendly, fast, and the sub was great! Nice work!

Firehouse Subs never disappoints. I usually get the Hook & Ladder and it’s always very good, with tons of customization options. The staff is super friendly, the quality is solid, and the service is consistent every time I’ve been. I’ve gone more than once and it’s been great each visit.

I came in for an online order just now. They’re clearly understaffed and busy as all get out. But the stress is clearly showing on the folks here. Girl in the glasses behind the counter is verbally berating the guy working with her while they’re preparing subs. Atmosphere here is a lil wild, but I’ve never had issues with the food.

Never eating at this place again, we all got food poisoning from a sub!!! My son was hospitalized for 2 days so my husband decided to go and get carry out from this place, we all shared the same sub and we were so sick vomiting all night the only person who was on IV fluids was my son and nausea medicine so a least his little body recovered quickly. Never again the staff apparently don’t wash hands here or check food dates!!!!

I was very unsatisfied with my visit today. I placed an online order and showed up shortly before it was ready. While waiting the 2 girls working jokes with the male employee leaving that he wanted to take a sandwich from my order (I know it was mine because she listed the 3 sandwiches available as the 3 sandwiches I ordered..) he then took one and left as they giggled. A few minutes later (after remaking that sandwich) my order was ready. And although I’ve always been satisfied in the past with the sandwiches received the tomatoes on my son’s sandwich were brown and awful looking. I can’t understand why they would use tomatoes that are clearly no longer any good. So that paired with the below average service is very disappointing and next time I think I’ll just head to Subway.

It was our first experience at Firehouse Subs and their subs are pretty hot! The food and the service are awesome! I got the pepperoni meatball sub and it was delicious! I loved the atmosphere and their restrooms are very clean! One thing I would like for them to add to their menu is a buffalo sub. We’ll definitely go back and eat there again as soon as we can!

Basically don’t spend your money on a salad. I was trying to get something quick that was reasonably priced. As you can see, bad lettuce, and the cup of chili (bean +meat) tasted highly preserved and small portion. Still came out pricey given the food wasn’t any good. I’ll take my money elsewhere and spend a little more to get a quality meal. Staff is fine, place was Clean.

The staff was very friendly, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was like nothing I’ve seen before. The food came out almost instantly, and was steaming and fresh when I opened the box. It tasted amazing. Five star experience for sure!!

this is the only firehouse i would go to(might change after this sadly). Visited the evening of 12/1. the girl w glasses and has her hair up all the time is always nice, and idk if this girl was training but never seen her before until tonight she was nice too. I don’t know if this guy was having a hard day and i know you don’t have to like or even LOVE your job. But he needs an attitude adjustment or needs to be retrained. He seemed bugged to even take my order. He kept sighing heavily like he was forced to be there and he didn’t hand me my order he TOSSED it in front of me. maybe there was a grumpy customer before me or he’s having a hard day. but everyone has a hard day here and there, and some people might have it worst. showing some human decency goes along way and could turn the worst days around. I’m dealing w family loss and it’s during the holidays. the days already feel heavy so you’d think going to a comfort spot would help. only to get greeted w an ugly attitude. I should’ve asked him to let the girls take my order since it was such a burden.

This is a great place to get a sub sandwich! The competition can’t even compare to this place! I had a gluten-free bun on a Philly steak sandwich and it was awesome! I definitely recommend this place!! If anybody needs to be gluten-free I would eat here!!
