I don’t understand the negative reviews posted here.

Bud & Alley’s pizza is one of our favorites! They use the highest quality imported Italian flour, for both their regular and gluten free crusts. (One of the BEST gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had).

All dough is made fresh in-house, and is wood fire baked. This quality is reflected in the price, as would be expected for both the cost of imported goods these days, as well as the location. However, if you’re looking for a generic $5 Pizza Hut carry-out, this is not it.

Been going there for several years, this is the first year where the quality of food has gone downhill. The pizza dough tasted like dry paste, not the same quality as in the past. The ingredients on it was fatty and did not taste fresh.

We came here for a casual dinner and it was just what we’d hoped for! We ordered the margarita pizza on gluten free crust, the gluten free crust actually tasted like dough instead of the cracker-like GF crust we’re used to! the service was very friendly and efficient, and they had lots of seating options! I highly recommend you stop by on your visit to this amazing little town!

We have a house in this area and often come to Bud and alleys. Employees are never friendly and always seem to be grumpy. They automatically add 15% gratuity and then they want you to sign for additional tip. I believe this is dishonest. The pizza is really good. I just wish they were a little nicer.
Pizza was a little bit burnt this time.

The atmosphere was great, but the service didn’t quite match up—especially with the automatic 15% gratuity and extra 2.5% for A&E. When I asked for water at the counter, the cashier only gave me ice and pointed me to a water fountain, even though my friend at another counter was given water directly. I totally understand the need for fair pricing and gratuity, but it really shouldn’t be automatic when the service isn’t up to par. Also, what does “A&E” even refer to? If it’s an added charge, it should at least be explained.

The pizza was good, but the portions were small for the price. The alcoholic slushes had good flavor but weren’t the right consistency—very chunky ice instead of smooth like others. There really isn’t much service unless you’re sitting at the bar.

Food was great but very pricey for some pizza. They also add 20% gratuity and another fee. 3 people, our bill was $150

Bud & Alley’s Pizza Bar + Trattoria Review If you’re craving a slice of heaven (or a whole pie), look no further than Bud & Alley’s Pizza Bar + Trattoria! Established in 1986 by Dave Rauschkolb and Scott Witcoski, this spot has become a cherished institution in Seaside, Florida. ️ Named after a dog named Bud and a cat named Alley, the restaurant holds a special place in the hearts of locals and visitors alike.Every time I hit the 30A, this spot is a non-negotiable part of my trip, and for good reason. The vibe here is unbeatable. After renting bikes and cruising around, nothing beats settling in at Bud & Alley’s with a stunning view of the beach. The top floor is my go-to, but wherever you sit, you’re in for a treat. Just be sure to arrive early – this place fills up fast! ⏰Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the food. I always go for the pizza with the egg on top – it’s pure perfection! And don’t get me started on the drinks. Whether it’s a mimosa-style concoction or something straight from the fridge, they’ve got you covered. Beyond the dining experience, 30A offers so much to explore. From paddleboarding to yoga on the water, there’s no shortage of activities to keep you entertained. And as a local, I can attest that this area truly has everything you could dream of. ‍♂️ ‍♀️As for Bud & Alley’s, it’s not just about the food and ambiance – it’s also about supporting local businesses. The owners, Dave Rauschkolb and Scott Witcoski, have created something truly special here, and their passion shines through in every bite. ‍ ‍ So, whether you’re a first-time visitor or a seasoned regular like me, Bud & Alley’s Pizza Bar + Trattoria is a must-visit on 30A. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Food and dough are delicious I am vegan and as there didn’t seem to be a vegan option I asked for a pizza with no cheeses and it was so good.

Don’t go here, waste of money. Pizza is not good. For wood fired pizza I’m stunned how bad the quality is. I haven’t not eaten the crust of pizza in like years, and I didn’t here. Chewy crust and overall bad taste. Just low quality ingredients and poorly made

Only positive is that I’m trying to lose weight right now, so shoutout the pizza for being chewy and stale
