Absolutely love this place. We were working nearby on a remodel and came here for lunch once … quickly became regulars. Bartenders are awesome and super friendly, food was actually really good. I haven’t had anything I didn’t like off the menu, and everything is reasonably priced. It can be a bit smoky, and doesnt look like much from the outside, but its great place for a bite to eat, a drink in the evening, or whatever.

Honestly… north-end smoky bar in a sketchy area, but I don’t feel unsafe or unwelcome there. I’ve ordered food there several times and have always been pleased. The bartenders are friendly enough, but don’t expect to be treated like royalty. They do a good deal of carryout orders, too. “Basics” (you too, Karen!) may be appalled, but this ain’t the Ritz, boo boo. Pretty good if you’re a fan of a good ol’ dive!

Good prices, delicious food & friendly service. Slower service when they’re busy but that’s to be expected. Free live music every weekend. Haven’t disliked anything I’ve ordered from here, but the stuffed grilled cheeses and the loin strips are by far my favorite.

It’s the Linnwood, it hasn’t changed in 30 years. It’s a smoking bar if that matters to you. Food is usually good, open for breakfast too.
