t was a very cold night with snow everywhere, which honestly made it the perfect evening to sit down and enjoy a warm, hearty meal. When we arrived, there were only a handful of other people inside, and we were seated almost immediately. Everything moved quickly–easy to get in, quick to place our order, and no unnecessary waiting.
From start to finish, we had zero issues with service. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic–very polite, attentive, and consistently on point. When our food arrived, one item that was included with the meal was missing, and she didn’t hesitate for a second to fix it. She brought it out promptly without any inconvenience or attitude, which really stood out.
For my meal, I ordered the loaded tater tots, regular tater tots as my side, and a burger. The burger was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. It paired incredibly well with the sides. If I could come here every single day just to get that burger again, I honestly would. It was juicy, cheesy, and extremely satisfying. The bun was toasted perfectly, which tied everything together.
I also ordered a side of Asian dipping sauce for the tater tots, and it was an excellent choice. The combination of salty, sweet, and spicy flavors paired beautifully with the tots and elevated the entire meal.
We didn’t end up getting dessert because the meal itself was more than filling, but if I ever come back–which I absolutely would–I’d be interested in trying more items from the menu.
If you’re passing through the area and looking for a great place to eat, this is definitely worth stopping at. Hopefully, you’ll get the same level of service we did. Cold night, warm food, and genuine hospitality made this an excellent dining experience.

Only because waitress was busy with few other larger tables or had been taken care of but was still more worried about them then us. Took so long to get my beer it was warm. Went to bar and bought another one cold. Half table got there apps but we didn’t. They got sent to another table and never was noticed. Got put back in and received same time as food that took some time to get as well. Waitress was very nice and polite but she should have had more help from others and manager when she is that busy. My opinion only. Enjoyed the food and everyone did as well. Cheese curds great. Pickles good. Wife’s burgher was huge and said to be delicious. Daughters turkey wrap was very good she said and garlic parm wings always a go too. The boneless wings looked a little tiny but was told good

De to go to the BW3’s at Morse Crossing. My waitress was Brianne. It was buy 6 get 6 free today. I ordered Honey BBQ and BBQ Ranch. I also ordered Onion Rings and Carrots/Celery. The wings were cooked perfectly, the Honey BBQ had just right amount of sweetness to the sauce. The BBQ Ranch is a new flavor they are trying out. It had a nice smooth flavor to it. The Onion Rings were nice and crunchy but the coating fell apart way too easy leaving just the onion intact. The sauce for the rings was really tasty. The celery/carrots were really fresh and the ranch dressing was tasty as always. Brianne was great, checked on me in timely manner and refilled my drink appropriately. Now the problem. Came time for paying the bill. Payment went through okay but the application wouldn’t add my points. Brianne tried 3 different times and still was unsuccessful. She called a manager over and she was able to add the points. When I got home I emailed their Customer Service. Waiting on an answer from them.

Came in for the second time and the experience was just okay. The front door was locked, so we had to bang on the door and then enter through the side. After sitting down, we waited about 7 minutes before anyone greeted us.
When a staff member finally came over, she told us we were sitting in a “non-seating area,” which rubbed me the wrong way—especially since the to-go staff had told us to sit anywhere we liked.
I’ll give it a 7/10 only because the food is consistently good. Unfortunately, the service isn’t, and for that reason I’ll probably pass next time.

Not sure why the average rating isn’t higher. This location has improved so much from the quality of food, to wait time to the service. All I did was a carry out order but the manager made the experience very pleasant and held great report. I never leave reviews but my encounter today prompted me to do so!!! Can’t remember the managers name, I think it’s Patrick!!!

Kaylia was an awesome server!! She found a way to make a version of the drink I wanted that wasn’t 21+, was super accommodating of my dad’s diet, and even made a suggestion involving caramel and cheese curds??? Sounded crazy but it really did taste like funnel cake, just like she said!! We felt super taken care of and accommodated. I hope Kaylia has the best day ever and gets a million dollars in tips and a raise and actually a promotion to CEO; she made this experience PEAK‼️

This was the best BDUBS I’ve been to since I was a child. It reminds me of what BDUBS is supposed to be. Quality chicken, cooked perfectly, good presentation, great flavor. Whoever was working 01/13/25 at 2200 knows what they’re doing. I appreciate the good experience.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. They gave me 18 wings when I ordered 20 and then took around 20 minutes to get me my other 2 wings. All 20 wings had barely any sauce on them at all, almost as if they were plain. I should have listened to the already very low rating of this branch but I didn’t.
