I was so glad when In-N-Out Burger opened this location because it’s right in our backyard. I can smell the fries and the burgers each time we drive past the restaurant. This is one of the cleanest and brightest In-N-Out Burger restaurants because of all the surrounding open glass walls. The employees were professional cheerful, and attentive. The parking is plentiful. The thing I like the most is the two spacious parking spots for EVs right in front of the door and next to the handicap parking. I usually find the EV parking spots available for my VinFast VF8, although I’ve seen a few times people park ICE cars in them.

Since In-N-Out open in Sacramento I haven’t been to any bunger place. Love the way order are taken (sometimes a take or two) the food is not greasy like other place even their fries. Thanks to everyone who holds up the fort in the headquarters to the ones who takes the orders

A little disappointed usually In N Out is very on point. Customer service was good i had a large order 5 total over $60 dollars and my greeter in drive through line was very professional and did not skip a beat on my order.. only problem I had today was fries was very hard and burnt to a crisp. Which fries are key with a burger only reason I gave this review that score.. I did not check food because this place is a few you know they will get the order right!! Maybe next time will be better.

In and Out Burgers in Elk Grove, CA is hands down the best burger joint in town! The quality of their burgers is exceptional. I could instantly tell that they use fresh meat to make their patties. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And let’s not forget about the French fries! They are absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of crispiness. What sets them apart is that the fries are hand-cut, giving them a unique and authentic taste. The overall experience at In and Out Burgers is outstanding, and I highly recommend it to all burger lovers out there!

I’m a loyal In-N-Out Burger fan, but my takeout orders from the new location near my house are often incorrect. They repeat my order correctly when I order, pay, and pick it up, but when I bring it home, it’s usually messed up. I hope this issue is resolved. I’m still giving In-N-Out Burger ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. but this location hasn’t earned many yet.

This is the 2nd In-N-Out Burger location in Elk Grove. It is better than the 1st one in many areas like the drive-thru, the parking lot, and the outdoor seating area. The food and service are about the same as the old one.
I like In-N-Out more than any other burger joint. They’re inexpensive, good quality, friendly and fast service. All my friends including those out of the state without In-N-Out Burger in their hometown loved them after they tried their burgers. Many of my friends are jealous that we have In-N-Out nearby! Lol
The burgers and fries in this location are the same high quality as all the In-N-Out in the area. The workers here are attentive. I have them come to my table to check with me to make sure I’m satisfied with my meal or help clean up the table.
The drive-thru usually has a long line. But it moves very quickly. My experience is about less than 10 minutes even if the line is all the way out to the parking lot.
The parking lot in this location is easy access. I don’t have any problem with parking at all.

My friend, my daughter, & I came at 10:30pm tonight 02-23-2024 to grab some burgers and fries, and we had a phenomenal dinner experience at this new location in Elk Grove. Glenn was the order taker & he repeated back our orders thoroughly and his customer service was on point. Dennis brought our food to us at our table and was very attentive to our needs and very friendly. We loved our animal fries because it was well salted and the cheese was fully melted. The fries wasn’t soggy and cold.
For the most part I loved my burger. I ordered the double-double animal style with raw onion added, chopped chilies, ketchup & mustard. I know my burger seemed complicated, but Trevor & Diego exceeded my expectations. I had to take a photo of it because it was just that BEAUTIFUL! You can see every detail that I requested on my burger & I am impressed. I haven’t seen my burger looking this beautiful in a long time & they did an EXCELLENT job. I had to ask Dennis for their names because everyone deserved a praise and a raise.
