The worst fast food experience by far.
I placed an order on Uber Eats, and for some reason my order was canceled twice. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do and I had to contact Uber. So I did, and resubmitted my order. And as you can see in the pictures, this wasn’t even CLOSE to what I ordered.
For clarification the only part of my order o received was my burrito and Dorito taco, i did not get the chips, the baja blast, or the cantina tacos.
After waiting an hour I would have rather gone to any other place. At least there I can get what I ordered!

i wrote a review about this location about a year ago and it wasn’t as good, i’m not sure if this location got new staff or something but the food is sooo good and the quality too good. they pack my food up nicely, i dont ever come to the store i mostly order on doordash my name is “i love my bf” , whoever made my order 2/26/26 at 10:53 i love you and it was so good. thank you for labeling which one was which, me and my bf appreciated it. id add a photo but we devoured it, the whole staff honestly needs a raise

When I’m struggling I order a lot of Taco Bell for delivery from the app. I swear that by now they recognize my name up there because the order is always right, including sauces! The few issues I’ve had have been DSP side, and that includes the few visits I’ve had in person; Staff hooked myself and my at the time partner up when they didn’t have something we had order, and that’s what I usually find here. Keep the Diablo sauce and Baja Blast flowing!

The wait was absolutely egregious. The restaurant was barely full, but we received an order placed at 12:35 at 1:26 – almost an HOUR later. Additionally, the service was AWFUL. I walked up to the mobile order pickup section a few times to see if my order was fulfilled, and woman working at the front reprimanded me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. For an establishment that claims to be “fast” food, I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this franchise location. Do better, and hire better.

The service is absolutely unacceptable for a “fast food” restaurant. I placed a mobile order at 8:25pm and was in line at 8:35pm. I pull up to the speaker at 8:55pm. There were 5 cars in front of me. 5. I’m from New Jersey and visiting here for family.NJ is much busier understandably, but you wouldn’t wait 30 minutes to just pull up to the speaker at the drive thru to pick up your order. Something isn’t working here at this location and I feel like the owner simply does not care. Every response to a review is the same and just feels automated. Either the staff is underemployed, not properly trained or undertrained, or just don’t care. Personally from my numerous experiences here it’s all of those. Do yourself a favor and go up or down the street On the same road there’s a Burger King, McDonald’s, brand new WingStop,Wendy’s, and KFC. All have much better service at the drive thru. It’s clear and obvious nothing has changed here or will change. Thanks for your time.

The experience that I have with this place ever time I go is so poor and unpleasant. This is the only taco bell that is near me. Every time I go there there is a problem with the food order, the people and the lake of people wonting to do there job.
I went there the other night. Waiting in line out side. They took the order of the vehicle in front of me and when the vehicle drives away I pull up and wait for 3 minutes just to have them tell me that there closing mind you this is at 7:00pm they don’t close till like 10:00pm. There excuse was not enough people. They had at least 5 people in there. The burger king down the street have worked with only 2 people on staff. I recommend going there instead. I am fed up with tring to go.

Put beans on a crunch wrap because they must’ve been running out of meat. No tomatoes. No nacho cheese sauce. And the only thing said to me at the window was they’re not gonna give me 6 fire sauces for one food item. Abysmal experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would this would be the second time my order was canceled by the taco bell employees saying they don’t have to do them and I have seen it in person too the last time I went in I wanted 30 minutes for food when I was the only person as I waited they turned down 8 doordasher and as you watch them make food there touching there phones faces and hair with glove on then rigth back to the food anytime you order here it’s always wrong cold or over cooked I only went here cause I’m 2 minutes from it but there is so many better places to eat around her. I will not be coming back

Genuinely have no idea how this place is still open. I have now four separate times pulled up to the drive through and been told flat out that “they’re not serving food at the moment”. The one other time I went they were supposedly out of everything on the menu.. not to mention I had to wait like 5 minutes parked at the drive through just to hear that. I’ve seen the employees just hanging out talking outside while telling customers they aren’t taking orders. It’s honestly a mess… I still have yet to get food from this location after a year and a half of living here.
